I like cake, but I am gluten sensitive. That is - cake doesn't like me.

I owe my best friend some cookies for Christmas.

Plus, I want some cookies I feel good about eating.

I should make gluten free sugar cookies.

I've dabbled in lactose free baking, so I'm sure I could give gluten free a good try. what kind of ingredients need to be substituted?

The wheat flour -- and no rye or barley, either. Nothing made from those grains. I have forgotten any other minor grain that does have gluten.

Rice, corn, oatmeal, potato, sorghum, soy, and some others do not.

I think i may google a few recipes and get stuff to make them tomorrow :3
