guh, I still have a quiz and assignment to do and technically class ended yesterday. Joy.

i enjoy only have 1 class today

after today's class, I have no more classes. I just have assignments to do that are due over the next week or so.

Mine's already due! And I'm sitting at 48% right now. I'm a little scared. Hoping this quiz puts me over the 50% mark (I'm not sure how much it's worth) so that my assignment is all plus marks.

I think the latest I have been was maybe midnight the next day.

Of course, this was actually being late. I've handed papers in past the day they were due, but that prof didn't have deadline set in stone, or I had an extension due to my Undergrad capstone, sick, etc.

My professors are just being nice this time around I think, since so many people in the class have jobs or kids or both, so there's leeway.

Yeah, I found that a lot with grad school. A lot of us in the classes are all busy with work, some have families and young children, and full time jobs.
Some are lenient with us handing work in. I have a professor who sets deadlines to 11.59pm, but she says that she doesn't really pay attention, just make sure we have it in when she gets up in the morning. So, I've handed stuff in to her after 1am. Another professor does understand that we have lives, but still expects us to have it in... But at the same time she said for the lit review that she won't penalise us if it's a little late, but if we're not in class today and we haven't handed it in.. then there's a problem. (I'll be in class, but it may not be done yet) If I don't have it in before 2.30, I'll hand it in tonight after 9. (class lets out going on 7)

Sigh. Only been up for three hours and I'm already getting tired.

Most of my uni professors were picky about deadlines unless you arranged for an extension or something beforehand, which wasn't usually an issue. I often found arriving in class and asking if I could hand something in at the end of the day would be acceptable. If I know the teacher's a pick, I've more than once run in at the tail end of class to drop something off.

Yeah, some of mine are fine if we hand it in the day of regardless of time.
But, I'm trying my best with this one, and hopefully I don't lose too much off of it before she would add in the late marks.

Quiz put me above 50%, yay! Though I still suspect that I'll barely make a C on this course. Oh how the mighty have fallen! Oh well. I can't be bothered to get worked up over grades anymore. As long as I pass with what I need it's all good.

Blah. Okay, break time for me. I had my face like two inches away from the computer screen and squinting to try and focus on the quiz questions and make sure I marked the answer I wanted. Time for something a little less academically inclined.

I'ma run out of stamp ink before i'll beable to print out my wish list =o

Wet markers work but you need to be fast before they dry up on the stamp. Sometimes you can add water to your inkpad to make it stretch longer too.

OH YEA I was gonna tell you the story of the ink pad and stamp but you kept logging off ;o;

I went to micheals the other day to look for a 'x' or checkmark stamp.. they HAD no checkmarks.. and the only single x stamp had a design around it. I got that one (i cut off the extra design and just left the x.. use the stuff i cut off to place under the x so it lifted it off the wood some more xp)

well the stamp was $1 and the stamp pad was listed as $3.99.. she scanned it but the stamp pad didn't go through or something and since its xmas the $1 stuff was half off so the perv paid only $0.53 oxo

I ended up feeling sick in the store I had to get out of there fast (that and he's greedy and was all "what luck") and so we didn't go in to tell them of their mistake.. ono the smells in there .. my asthma was acting up my stomach was hurting i was feverish and dizzy @-@

Oh harsh, but you got free cheap stamp pad! That's always cool. They can get expensive. I have one that cost me $22 or so. It's pretty much dead now but I used it a lot.
