Eh, I always ended up hearing about the drama in unifaction. I was there for roleplaying, being a member of the unirangers(a group that vowed to spread cheer and honesty. Every member was a different color) and I had an art shop there. I actually ended up getting a job temporarily as an artist through unifaction.

also, i've been reading the Star Wars Extended Universe books for a few years now, and while i was reading them, i saw a Solo-Skywalker family tree, and one of the characters that i had just barely met in the books had a different name.... and it was kinda spoilery, because, as Coda pointed out, it was plot-relevant. however, the book series in question was published in 2007-08 (and i'm reading it now, finally), so was it really a spoiler? it was enough of a huge plot piece that i just couldn't forget it, and now i'm seeing it all unfold. =)

Unifaction must have had some really cool stuff if the head admin could ban so many people and still have a community. o.o

I think it was was more that the forum was connected to unicreatures. Unicreatures was a pet site with a lot of wonderful looking pets. Also, the bonds members had with each other.

Ah, yeah, that makes sense. It's often hard to abandon a place with people you like to talk to, even if everybody goes somewhere else. :)

That's what motivated me to migrate here... my best friend was already a member here, and when things started going from bad to worse on UF, I created my account... and kinda lurked, 'cause I was still happy with UF... but then the site got changed over to the "Social Media" version, and I left for good.

It was one thing when the UF site was easy to understand and laid out in a familiar format and the stuff started going bad, 'cause at least I could ignore stuff if it didn't pertain to me... because I knew how to navigate to avoid it. On the last incarnation, it was just a charlie foxtrot of a design.

O3o The MMO Eden Eternal has a Dungeon that looks a LOT like Hogwarts when your inside.. Magic brooms cleaning the place (trying to anyway) and there were a few things i think that made us thing of Hogwarts..

Well the Final Boss in that dungeon is called DoubleDoor.. he was a wizard.. so while fighting him, as we killed him off we go "SPOIL ALERT! DOUBLEDOOR DIES!" collect our loot then leave the dungeon xD

I was only at UF for the walls and avatars. Once the walls had no dolls, there wasn't anything to hold me, since a lot of my peeps had left and the drama had given this wimp trauma.

LOL And my avatars usually have dark skin (sometimes green or purple), green eyes, and teal or green hair (sometimes purple), usually in an updo, but not always.

My avi's are normally with short blond hair, blue eyes or gold eyes, depending how i feel o3o

I am a fan of unusual skin patterns, especially things with blues, greens, and possibly black/white.

Hence you'll almost never see my avatar with a 'normal' skin tone around here.

XD I enjoy coloured skins, and non human body accessories too, but too much colour or texture sometimes gives me sensory overload. So I mostly have to settle for odd coloured hair. And big purple scars.

Well, yeah, there is that. Too busy isn't good...Part of why I'm also usually mostly naked, haha.

I'm kind of weird, I think. Somehow, lack of a background bugged me too. But now that the avatar's standing on that nice forest path, it's all good.
