They have some really good stand-alone graphic novels, er- so I've heard *shifty eyes* >_> The Lily and the Rose has amazingly beautiful gothic artwork in it, and Saihoshi has some good uke/Seme smut - uh, I heard about those, too >_> I'm getting rid of them, if anyone wants to buy them for, say, half price? They're in brand new condition. I'm the kind of freak who takes care of her books and comics. All my comics are bagged and boarded and stored in a regulation long box *cough*OCD*cough* So, did you get your laptop back? ^_^ Ugh, I feel like I've had a super long day. My Mommy wanted to go to the one shop in town that is open past 2pm. I ish so tired now. Mom is so silly- HER birthday is coming up, yet she brought several bags of gifties for me (well, some stuff for Eric, too >.<). She found the Debbie Harry Barbie doll that Eric and I had just been talking about when we went out the other night. There's a Blondie song on his iPod that I really like, which led to the discussion of the doll and how he was surprised that I never bought it. I didn't get it because it was $50 retail. Mom is an AWESOME shopper, so of course she found it for only $25 0_o Anywho, Mom got to spend some time with Sassy to give her lots of love and say her good-byes. That made Sassy happy <3 She has ALWAYS loved being the center of attention (which is how she got her full name: Lil' Miss Sassy Pants). |

You can get some amazing deals on Amazon, but you can also get royally ripped off if you're looking for stuff that is in high demand or limited production.

I've been trying to get my hands on a copy of Hero Heel vol.3, but nobody has it! I also need Mister Mistress vol.2, Selfish Mister Mermaid vol.2, and Mr Tiger and Mr Wolf vol.2, but I'm having trouble finding those for less than forty bucks each. |
what I do is look at the seller profiles before I buy. if its 98% or more and its an older seller then I get from them.
I don't trust the newer sellers. I also read the comments.. on all the good sellers you'll see idiots complaining about the mail being slow.. well once it's in the USPS hands and out of the sellers.. there is nothing no one can do. I learned to check the sellers first =w=, I got jyped twice when I was younger. oxo |

Man, $40 for a serial manga? That's insane!! I think the stand alone manga I bought were $20 each. But, I bought them at Phx Comic Con, so I could have gotten them less than list price. *shrug* not sure. But, I do need to get rid of them because I made the husband-creature get rid of his IRL porn (not the same, I know- but smut is smut, so it wouldn't be fair for me to tell him "no pr0n!" whilst I have yaoi in my possession. |

Yes I have! Papa Z has tons more yaoi than Reyo does. Papa Z has over 200 volumes of yaoi, and lets me borrow them! I've read just about everything Z has... I think... I know I still have to borrow Mr Tiger and Mr Wolf vol.2 next time we meet.

Papa Z is my hetero life mate. We went to YaoiCon together the past 2 years. We met in an English class at college when I saw Z's "I <3 YAOI" bag and asked about it. After that I met Mama T and we all discussed yaoi, and the rest is history.
I'm actually meeting with them this coming Friday to treat Mama T to lunch for her birthday. |

Let's just say that the night did NOT end well >_> After that, the closest thing to going out was the Bauhaus concert I went to for my 35th birthday (yes, kids, Kat is OOOOOLD). So, what's your excuses? LOL |
Reyo lives in Florida, but still! If you ever get the chance to come down here, you can crash at my place. It'll be a hell of a lot cheaper than staying at a hotel, and I'll feed you! You can even play with my fat kitties!
Reyo is rather shy, too. I've had many people tell me that I'm a very quiet person. Edit: Reyo doesn't do the whole 'club' thing. Way too noisy. I'd rather go to my favorite tea bar, eat a beef bowl, drink tea, nom on frozen yogurt, and read yaoi. That's my ideal Saturday evening... and then I watch anime from midnight until dawn. |

Hey, going to a tea bar is a lot like going to a coffee shop, which is what my non-drinking/clubbing friends and I used to do quite often in both high school and university. I used to be a rather diverse person. Clubs (not the shit you see on MTV these days), the clubs I went to played "alternative" music... that one teen club I frequented had Jane's Addiction play before they hit it big... and I hung out at Denny's and Denny's-esque restaurants from midnight till dawn even when I was in high school (my Mom was so super-rad-cool when I was a teen!), and when beatnik style coffee shops started popping up (the first one I ever went to was in Santa Barbara, CA), my friends and I would go on occasion (I was a scholarship student at a very expensive private university, so I was usually the only poor kid in the group, and
I'm clinically depressed, so staying home and reading, while I do and did enjoy such things, were not good for me to do too often. I was always shy when I met new people, but once we got to know each other, I was always doing stuff with them. It kept my mind active and my depression (for the most part) at bay. Whenever I was home on break, I would work 2 jobs to keep me occupied...and earn some cash for when I returned to school LOL |
I get diagnosed on the 7th.. =w= lets see what this psychiatrist says about me.. =w=
