sorry if i snap at anybody i'm very short tempered today. The bank put a hold on my checking account on thursday but when i called they told me it was only on my debit card and that it would be removed in a couple of hours. so i waited and yesterday i called back and it was on my whole checking account and only the branch that put the hold on can remove it so calling the 800 number got me nowhere. They gave me the branch number but they never picked up the phone. So I found out because they put this hold on all of my payments from the past week have declined. My loan payment, my credit card payment, my payment to the doctors office, and who knows what else. I'm so mad! I don't have a car or I'd drive down there. And I can't do uber or anything because my money is all frozen!

I called again this morning but they told me they aren't open yet and I can call the 800 number. I about threw my phone I was so pissed, I've called the 800 number a million times. I'm pregnant I have no food in my house -- I need my money so I can eat grrr. Yesterday I ate frozen waffles, some crackers, some almonds and my last orange.

You should be how fucking dare they do this shit without even at least telling you in some form! whenever something happens with our bank they usually email sergio at least, and we have it set up so every time a bill gets pulled or money withdrawn we get a notification.
Not to fucking mention what might happen to the bills that got declined if they try to charge you fees it should be the bank that pays them for you =O You have the money in there to pay for the bills, but the bank is the people who screwed up your entire thing. You did try to get them payed on time (if they get pulled out automatically too)

well i finally got in there and they said they couldn't even see a hold on my account.

i showed the lady on my phone how i can't transfer the money out of my account so there is clearly something wrong. she made some phone calls then told me only the woman who put the hold on the account can undo it and she wouldn't be in until monday.

So i started crying and they took the hold off.

I'm pretty sure they were just messing with me.

but you shouldn't have been put through that much stress especially with you being pregnant
