Yeah, same. Pocky trumps alcohol any day, every day. >:3

Coda 11-10-2012 07:19 PM

What about Pocky-flavored vodka?

Demonskid 11-10-2012 07:58 PM

Coda 11-10-2012 08:17 PM

Coconut is good too.

Demonskid 11-10-2012 08:39 PM

DK cant has that ono

Tohopekaliga 11-10-2012 08:40 PM

I am fairly sure I have never had Pocky before.

Arikana 11-10-2012 08:46 PM

There's such a thing as pocky flavoured vodka? owo Though I don't think I'd like it since alcohol and my taste buds aren't friends, but I'd be willing to try it...

I like almond crush flavoured pocky. >w>

How have you never had pocky before, Toho? D:

Tohopekaliga 11-10-2012 08:50 PM

I would class it as "very carefully."

Only place I've ever noticed it sold was the Japan store in Epcot, although I'm sure lots of places have it.

Demonskid 11-10-2012 08:54 PM

The F.Y.E here sells it <3 its the only place to get it here >x<

Ultima 11-10-2012 09:24 PM

Same here, FYE sells it. Among other Japanese snacks and things, like Ramune owo

Nexess 11-10-2012 11:40 PM

Toho you really should try some Pocky. It looks kinda weird but it's basically a stick made out of... Shortbread is the best thing I can compare it to, and it's usually covered in chocolate or strawberry @w@ Best snack ever.

Arikana 11-10-2012 11:58 PM

@Toho: Why would you need to classify pocky as "very carefully"? owo It's not dangerous at all... owo

@Dk/Ulti: What's the F.Y.E.? owo I've never seen any store with such a name up here in Canada... >w> Though we have tons of other Asian supermarkets up here. >w> Or at least in Ontario since I'm not too sure about the other provinces and territories. >w>

Tohopekaliga 11-10-2012 11:59 PM

No, no. I classify "How have you never had pocky before" as "very carefully." :P

Quiet Man Cometh 11-11-2012 12:17 AM

Pocky is available at most regular supermarkets here in the "Asian food" section. I've tried it once but I'm hardly all over.

I would definitely not be surprised to find Pocky flavoured vodka seeing as I have already encountered cake and bubblegum. The cake one smells so accurate it's crazy. I don't try them though. Vodka and my stomach don't like each other too much. I stick with gin. ;)

Coda 11-11-2012 12:21 AM

I have a bottle of cake-flavored vodka in my freezer. It tastes as accurate as it smells. I also had a bottle flavored like Swedish Fish that was spot-on.

Quiet Man Cometh 11-11-2012 12:27 AM

Swedish fish! Oh that's funny. :)
