"I love you, Yue," James said quietly, "but you don't seem to love me. You just love the spark."

"... No," Yue replied quietly, still not looking at him. "... I was starting to fall in love, but then that man disappeared somewhere..." She shook her head a little before starting to walk off.

James continued to watch Yue, "... Yeah... I guess he did. You drove him off."

Yue stopped. "... What the terra did I do?" she asked, quiet voice trembling with anger. "I'm trying to love you - all of you back, but how am I supposed to love someone who's not being himself? You're stepping on egg shells around me like I'm about to break. I'm not as weak as you think I am."

James was silent for a long moment, "I guess... I've just seen you weep too many times."

"... Maybe," Yue replied quietly before starting to walk off again.

"You want space?" James stated quietly, "Fine, you got it." And he walked off in the other direction.

At dusk, Rosen came into Long's new room with a bunch of carts. On them were about every crafting item imaginable.

Laurel went looking for Raven a second time.

Long was sprawled out on top of the covers like he had just collapsed out of exhaustion on the bed, but he immediately woke up as Rosen entered. He sat up, a little dazed and confused by all the colors on the cart.

Raven was much easier to find now. He was humming a peppy tune as he worked in the garden a bit.

Rosen waves a hand at him, "Youvcan go back to sleep for now," he informed him, "I'm just getting it ready."

So Laurel walked up to Raven and squatted beside him.

Long looked a little worried, and didn't look like he wanted to go back to sleep while Rosen did whatever he was planning.

"Hey," he chirped as Laurel came over.

Rosen blinked at Long's expression before rolling his eyes, "What?" he exclaimed, "You think I'm going to glue a bunch of stuff on you in your sleep or something?"

Laurel was staring at the flowers, expression a bit blank, "Are you sleeping with Wolfe?" she suddenly asked bluntly.

Long's expression said he wouldn't put it past him.

"... Uh..." Raven replied, a little taken aback. He hadn't discussed with Wolfe yet if they should tell other people yet. Then again Frei never kept things to herself so the news would spread fairly quickly anyway. So he shrugged it off and nodded happily with a slight blush.

Rosen rolled his eyes, "I promise not to make you a craft," he stated as he pulled up a chair and started working on something on the table.

Laurel's face hardened a little and she stood.

Long was still fairly hesitant to fall back asleep. But it seemed so ingrained into him that it probably didn't entirely have to do with Rosen and the mysterious craft table.

Raven blinked at Laurel, a little confused. "Huh?" he asked.

"You can't sleep when with someone else?" Rosen asked, not looking up from the table.

Laurel was turning to leave.

Long was quiet for a few moments before explaining, "Not with someone unfamiliar."

"... Laurel?" Raven asked.

Rosen rolled his eyes, "You already slept with me," he stated, "When you were on the pain meds. And I didn't do anything, so trust me and go to sleep."

Laurel didn't turn around as she headed out of the garden.

Long still seemed to be having trouble falling asleep.

Raven almost went after her, but didn't. He worried about her for a few minutes before shrugging it off.

"You want more pain meds?" Rosen offered simply.

"I'm not in pain," Long replied quietly.

"But you slept so beautifully last time," Rosen muttered

Long blinked, confused.

Rosen didn't say anything else, still focused on whatever he was doing.

Long remained quiet, but he still wasn't able to fall asleep.

Rosen worked for awhile in silence before looking over at Long, "Seriously, I'm clearly not unfamiliar to you," he retorted, "Do you honestly think I'd hurt you now?"

"... I'm trying to sleep," Long replied.

Rosen rolled his eyes a little, "What, you've been programed not to sleep in front of strangers of something?"

Long didn't reply as he tried falling asleep again.

So Rosen sighed and left him alone again.

Long kept trying and after a long time he managed a light half-sleep, dozing in and out.

Rosen continued to craft away.

And Long kept dozing in and out, eventually finding a little bit of peace.

When Long woke, the table had been transformed. It looked like Rosen had been making bases of different things. There was a box out of Popsicle sticks, bird house (blah, think SAM Camp) and tons of stuff to decorate them with. Glitter, pipe-cleaners, ribbons (SAM Camp).

Long blinked at the stuff, wondering what all the stuff was about.

Rosen grinned at Long as he got up and then scooted the tables over to Long's bed. "Today, we're going to back to kindergarden," he explained as he handed Long some glue.

Long took the glue, but still looked confused like he didn't know how arts and crafts worked.

Rosen took on of the boxes he'd made and started glueing stuff on, giving Long an example to follow.

Long didn't do anything for awhile, watching Rosen. But eventually he started copying Rosen's box pretty much exactly.

Rosen started at Long's box before grunting and then stealing everything away from Long that he had used on his own box. "Don't just copy me," he explained, pointing to all the other materials.

"... What do I do?" he asked.
