Seriously everyone at my one job is super nice! The boss came and picked me up last week on one day when the temp was sub zero. My supervisor today picked me up. Everyone always offers a ride home when they can.
In the summer I don't mind the walk so much, but when the temps drop below 10 degrees (Fahrenheit), I am grateful for the assistance. |
That's really great that your work has a strong sense of community and cares about your well being. Good supervisor.

I took it to go to the next big town over to go grocery shopping last night and kept parking WAAAAY out in the parking lots because I was worried someone might hit my new car lol

I have only been down there once truthfully, and on a school band field trip. The freeways were scary. Lots of horns blaring too.and then came the congestion. But it was really cool seeing actual sand on a beach XD |

My friend who visited from Georgia was shocked when we drove through storms. Apparently people pull over and wait for storms to pass and it's ok with jobs usually and whatnot.
I was more shocked. |
