Well yeah. I only get 10% off. I'm suppose to get the rewards back on things too but they refuse to give me what I've earned.

Err, how do they get away with that? I guess the rewards given are based on the store, not the company?

Oh it's by the company. But they tell me I earned none, but it shows how I spent money there. I also haven't gotten my associate rewards card yet. . . I got this account in February.

That's...horrible. It reminds me of when a place didn't pay me extra for working on holidays, or for my overtime >.>

That's illegal. Do you know, they gave all the holiday pay days to the new workers? I would of liked to have been asked before they gave me that day off.

I know it's illegal. I'm sure working 12 hours with no break was illegal too but I was the only employee in the store >.> It was a small mall store but still...

Well, it was what prompted me to quit. I was working 2 jobs at the time and that just tipped it over.

Yeah i bet. My one coworker was shocked to hear they wanted me to work almost 30 hours while in class.

Yeah apparently. They agreed to my availability and now Autumn is all "Well that's what you wanted, not what we need" kind of attitude. I'm dying to know what next week's schedule is. It's not posted yet.

Ha ha maybe. I know that they can't really afford to fire me. I told my mom, I will give it until Wednesday, the 31st. If I am at all, dragging my feet, fatigued, exhausted, tired, falling behind, etc; I will go to Autumn or Bob and say "I've tried, I can't. I physically, mentally, in any shape or form can do this. You agreed when i was interviewed that school comes first. I am now saying it to you and you NEED to cut my hours." -Nods-
But I'm going to go to sleep. I gotta be up to take mom to work so I can have her car for the day. |
