Tired burnout from jobs + depression + heat induced insomnia is not fun. So hard to get motivated to work on a project. Or really to do anything beyond laying in bed until the last possible minute before having to get ready for work...

I have a drawing pad. I intended it for things like fanart and drawing my OCs... So far, I've been drawing pin designs.

Need to do some cleaning and organizing when I get home from work today. And also maybe work on handwashing some clothes and fabrics. XP
And do crafts.
Unfortunately, don't get a full day off this weekend, but gonna try to accomplish some stuff anyway.

I got some yarn today... two cakes from the same dye lot of an ombré yarn, and more white crochet cotton... totally forgot that I was going to get something a bit more flesh-toned for making dolls of M9... but I can try again next week when Dad sends me to get deathsticks.

i have three rows left of my second sock and then that pair is done too!

i have some sock yarn coming, hopefully today!... but i don't think i'll make them right away. i have a shawl i want to make, and that should be a good travel project... since next week at this time, i'll be across the state in Pittsburgh, dropping off the younger daughter for college!! o_O

Welp, shawlette turned out quite a bit smaller than I anticipated. It'll need a bit of light blocking and I still have a fee yarn tails to weave in, but it still looks okay. Will attempt to upload a pic of the unblocked shawlette later today...

i hate weaving in ends. ugh.
