@Sai: Yeah, it's the nervousness of starting a new job even though everyone else that is going to be there is also in training because we're opening up a new fast food place. That and it doesn't help that my boyfriend didn't tell me to have a great first day last night before he signed off of messenger, so I'm thinking he's a little mad at me for some stupid reason. Probably since I didn't talk much to him last night. But, I wasn't too talkative anywhere.
@Miharu: Today is day 1 of training for a job I just got. It's for a fast food place out here in Western NY that is opening its first place here in the city I live in. |

But I did a few on Gaia and then two on Ernya. And they turned out pretty well. But for some reason here... I have this uncontrolable urge to do them. Nikko helps me out alot with them. He's my inspiration to do cosplays. And since I did Abel Nightroad from Trinity Blood, which was a couple days ago... I can't stop doing them. I am doing Polka from Eternal Sonata right now hehe. He has to take a sleep study to check to see if he has sleep apnea since he is a truck driver, and that isn't until May and he can not work until then... they won't let him at all. ~_~ Aww *hugs Serena* I don't blame you for being so nervous then. @ Saiyouri - That game is definitely on my to-do list, though sadly I probably won't have time until May. This semester has been really crazy time-wise.
I think the only cosplay I did was of the vocaloid Meiko in one of the video on youtube (Tsugai Kogarashi). It wasn't bad, but not great either. @ Serena - Sweet! I've been through Rochester many times. I lived close to Binghamton. Maine is alright... there's not much here, and I really don't care for the physics department at this university, but oh well. I think I might just get a master's here and then try to go somewhere else. |

Yeah, I'm hoping it'll be better once I get through this semester. Just three difficult classes all at once, and teaching besides, so it's been a bit hectic.
Cosplays on Roli are difficult because there's no layering, so you can't pile items to make them look right... I'm really a fan of the layering system here! Wish I'd discovered this site sooner. I might eventually try some cosplays here after I get a better sense of what items are available. |
