Airina 08-29-2012 05:45 PM

I would get so big..... I dont know how you do it.

Serra Britt 08-29-2012 06:24 PM

To be honest...I'm not sure how. I think I probably don't eat as much as I imagine myself eating.

Angel Spirit Girl 08-29-2012 10:40 PM

I'm gluten sensitive, so I should not eat things with wheat in them. That is how I do it. XD

Airina 08-30-2012 10:09 AM

I would hate being gluten sensitive! I can't even imagine!

Serra Britt 08-30-2012 08:53 PM

I can imagine it but I'm glad I'm not either...allergies and food restrictions kind of suck ~.~

Angel Spirit Girl 08-30-2012 11:01 PM

Yup. It is annoying. I miss regular pasta and crackers and pizza and sandwiches and biscuits and cookies and bread and muffins and cake (well I cheat for cake) and ..... well, you know.

Serra Britt 08-31-2012 08:43 PM

That's frustrating. Not being able to eat particular foods just because of an intolerance or allergy is just... :/

Angel Spirit Girl 08-31-2012 09:08 PM

It is!

And did you know that most brands of soy sauce have wheat in them?

And I will have to look up a brand of canned tomato soup that is gluten free.

And malt flavoring and maltodextrin (a sweetener) have gluten in them.

Serra Britt 09-01-2012 06:51 PM

I had no idea. I can't imagine how rough it is that you have to look up all that stuff.

Lunaryon 09-01-2012 06:55 PM

That does not sound like fun.

Serra Britt 09-01-2012 07:17 PM

My mom is lactose intolerant, so much that there's some cheese she can't even eat because it still has traces in it.

Angel Spirit Girl 09-01-2012 09:37 PM

Sometimes I cheat a bit because I do not have that many symptoms from being gluten sensitive. However, I try to be good since gluten seems to make my liver function test levels high in blood tests.

Lunaryon 09-01-2012 09:45 PM

You should be careful, the more you aggravate your allergies, the worse they get.

Angel Spirit Girl 09-01-2012 09:46 PM

The funny thing is that I only found out about it about two years ago.

Lunaryon 09-01-2012 09:58 PM

Still... I don't want you to die Angel, so be careful.

Serra Britt 09-01-2012 10:14 PM

Allergies can always lead to something really bad. Might be best to not push it too much.

Lunaryon 09-02-2012 01:08 PM

Ohaiyo everyone! How are you all today?

Serra Britt 09-02-2012 06:17 PM

I had a pretty good day at work...last day on the phones before I go back to being a trainer :3

Lunaryon 09-02-2012 07:00 PM

And you said that being a trainer is fun, right?

Serra Britt 09-02-2012 07:21 PM

Really really fun. I can't wait :3

Lunaryon 09-02-2012 09:09 PM

I'm glad for you, my love.

Angel Spirit Girl 09-02-2012 10:02 PM

At least I do not get immediate indigestion from the slightest slip.

I ate two kit kat bars today and forgot that they have cookie wafers in them meaning that they have wheat in them. XP Foo!

Lunaryon 09-02-2012 10:13 PM

...Why is my internet acting up again?

Serra Britt 09-03-2012 12:10 AM

Angel, that is exactly why allergies and food intolerances suck ~.~; I'm glad nothing terrible happened.

Luna, I hope your internet goes back to behaving...

Angel Spirit Girl 09-03-2012 10:26 PM

Yeah. It takes a couple of big dinner rolls for it to upset my digestion it seems.

Serra Britt 09-04-2012 10:52 AM

Well that's good that it takes a lot so accidents would be rare.

Angel Spirit Girl 09-04-2012 10:00 PM

Also, it is hard to go without bread and stuff sometimes.

Serra Britt 09-04-2012 10:30 PM

Yea I bet...I know I'd miss bread if I couldn't eat it anymore.

Angel Spirit Girl 09-05-2012 09:09 PM

I need to set aside some money and get some gluten free bread or mix.

Serra Britt 09-06-2012 09:01 PM

I've tasted those. They're pretty good.

Angel Spirit Girl 09-06-2012 10:07 PM

Some brands of gluten free stuff are better than others.

It is not easy to bake gluten free stuff.

Serra Britt 09-06-2012 11:02 PM

Oh it certainly isn't. No gluten makes baked good really...fragile usually.

Angel Spirit Girl 09-07-2012 09:44 PM

Yup. Really crumbly instead of fluffy.

Serra Britt 09-08-2012 12:45 PM

It's tricky to do but there are ways to make them fluffy and not crumbly. I don't remember how though :/

Angel Spirit Girl 09-08-2012 10:18 PM

I know what you mean. The name of what you add escapes me, though.

Serra Britt 09-09-2012 09:12 PM

I think it was lecithin powder or something.

Angel Spirit Girl 09-10-2012 11:24 PM

Xanthin gum, I think it is.

Serra Britt 09-11-2012 08:06 AM

That sounds familiar too. It's been a long time since I've been around it, since i'm not gluten sensitive, but my ex's mom would make that kind of stuff. She got pretty good at it too.

hyjin 09-11-2012 02:24 PM
