Otouto 03-06-2011 03:15 PM

I wish I knew how to pixel. I want to make my own avi site someday. n_n

Funkduder 03-06-2011 03:15 PM

@Taiana Short Naps FTW

Kamikaze Chinchilla 03-06-2011 03:18 PM

Well if you have some skills (art, writing, or coding), you can come with me huhuhu xP. Our team is way too small, but we do have the bare minimum there.

Taiania 03-06-2011 03:18 PM

I can pixel just not well. I find it hard to get the soft looking lines.

And definitely. I wish I could but then I'd be awake all night XD

Funkduder 03-06-2011 03:19 PM

@Kami Bare Minimum FTW. (Everything FTW? XDD)

Taiania 03-06-2011 03:20 PM

I wish I could pixel for you guys but I cant move to another country. :( I need a new job as well

Kamikaze Chinchilla 03-06-2011 03:33 PM

Soft looking lines ~ you have Photoshop? Or are you using MSPaint?

Taiania 03-06-2011 03:33 PM

I use GIMP as I'm on Linux.

Otouto 03-06-2011 03:38 PM

@Chinzilla:
Lol, unfortunately I know nothing about coding. I have photoshop on my school computer but unfortunately I need to give that back before summer. I still need to learn a little more about pixelling too. xP Otherwise i've been fooling around a bit. c:

Taiania 03-06-2011 03:40 PM

I'll put something together and show you what I mean about my lines

Kamikaze Chinchilla 03-06-2011 03:40 PM

Oooh...mm...I don't think Gimp has as much problems with it as Photoshop. Have you tried starting at 3-4 times the size of the actual item, doing your work there, and then shrinking it down?

Taiania 03-06-2011 03:43 PM

Yes. It still looks joggy. :S

Kamikaze Chinchilla 03-06-2011 04:11 PM

Maybe try playing with the image resize settings. Other than that, you can probably try to open it up in that online Photoshop program and try to shrink it down from there.
