never seen the bare ones yet.

I think the too full ones create too much mess.

Gallagher 03-11-2018 07:45 PM

i really like bare ones tbh. i used to have a bare halloween tree in my room, like the white one except it was black with glitter and decorated with skulls

Chloe 03-11-2018 08:35 PM

Ah. I thought you meant the real trees. XD

I use to have one as well, it was kept in a box and brought out to be decorated with little Halloween ornaments.. last I saw of it, it was in my closet in the US.

Gallagher 03-11-2018 08:40 PM

i mean... they're just trees without leaves, lmao. i'm pretty sure those exist for real too, since we have one in the front yard

mdom 03-11-2018 08:41 PM

what's a triangular christmas tree
and just like my avatars I obvs favor trees with lots of lights and tinsel and balls and stuff
a mess

Chloe 03-11-2018 08:44 PM

Don't think you can get a bare pine tree. As far as I know, they keep their needles all year so unless your branching out and using a different type of tree for a Christmas tree.

Or if you can find an actual.. pine tree that has died.. than maybe there is a chance of a bare Christmas Tree. XD

Gallagher 03-11-2018 08:47 PM

normal christmas trees are generally triangular

also, you could probably just shave a pine tree

i mean, i've specifically been saying christmas trees, not necessarily pine trees

Chloe 03-11-2018 09:14 PM

well, when I hear Christmas tree, I imagine a pine tree. XD

but hey, a dead tree is just as good. Maybe decorate with a few skulls stolen from some graves and maybe a little road kill. Than when the Mormons visit, just ask if they want to see your xmas tree, 99% effective they will never return to your house again.

Gallagher 03-11-2018 09:24 PM

haha, pretty solid plan you got there, 10/10

Chloe 03-11-2018 09:38 PM

Pretty much. It's annoying when someone you don't really know comes to your door and preaches about religion. Since I don't own a gun here, that's the next best thing. XD

mdom 03-11-2018 09:45 PM

to me it's like
'would you like to know more about out lord and sav-'
*closes door*

Glitch 03-12-2018 12:03 AM

weird convo for march.

xD

mdom 03-12-2018 12:06 AM

it's christmas all year in my heart

Gallagher 03-12-2018 02:22 AM

i'm a non-congregational jehovah's witness, so like, one time people that are members of the congregation around here came by and nana, bless her heart, was like "oh! my child is one of those!!!"

so they started coming by

and im here like

nooo that's not the thing i want, plz don't

plz don't tho i don't want this

trystan830 03-12-2018 10:04 AM

one of the time the Jehovah's witnesses came by, i had a little conversation with them about Paganism. i don't remember who said what or how the convo ended..... but they haven't come by since. XD

mdom 03-12-2018 12:29 PM

teach me your scary ways, trystan xDDD

trystan830 03-12-2018 12:45 PM

that's just it - they're not scary at all! XD

Chloe 03-12-2018 01:10 PM

Most think Paganism deals with the devil, etc but in truth, I believe it deals more with nature and spirits, yes, they use pentagrams like dark magic but usually it is for healing rituals, not sarifices. XD I mean, Halloween is a Pagan holiday.

trystan830 03-12-2018 01:38 PM

nature, spirits, and the elements.

Satan/the devil is a creation of Xianity, and not Pagan at all.

the pentagram has correspondences to the elements and the directions:

trystan830 03-12-2018 06:45 PM

congrats Glitch!

mdom 03-12-2018 07:14 PM

woohoo!
Go Glitch being the adult we knew you were

Chloe 03-12-2018 08:18 PM

I don't know much regarding it, just know my friend went nuts when I was looking into Wicca a few years ago so yea..

and grats. I am looking to move next year but won't be buying a house, just renting a student flat.

trystan830 03-12-2018 09:25 PM

....define "went nuts"?

XoGizmooX 03-12-2018 10:30 PM

Woohoo I got entries :D

Glitch 03-12-2018 11:14 PM

We've rented al ong time so we kind of want a house that we can actually say is ours for a change ToT tired of our money going to nothing

Batty 03-13-2018 12:34 AM

CONGRATS, LOVE!!!

I know how you feel though, I'm just tired of moving in general.

mdom 03-13-2018 12:36 AM

houses are so expensive here @_@
I imagine they are there, too

Batty 03-13-2018 12:42 AM

Well, where I live right now... we're renting a two story house with a basement and "rent" is only $600 a month I think?

But we have roommates, so its not that bad. Its all the other bills that are scary.

Chloe 03-13-2018 05:41 AM

Insane ward nuts..

I remember where I use to live at, renting a house was like 1000+ a month.. I worked and all but most I could afford on my own was a trailer.. I have looked at renting in the UK and flats are somewhat reasonable. Think the best one I saw was 290 pounds and ultities included.

mdom 03-13-2018 10:18 AM

Utilities included is always good! Does internet count as utility?

Death by Mirrors 03-13-2018 05:21 PM

Woohoo, congratulations Glitch and Brady!

(I'm admittedly a bit jealous though when I see those cheap rent people post... $600 a month here gets you a 30m² flat in one of the outer districts, and that's before internet bills)

XoGizmooX 03-13-2018 07:03 PM

My ONE BEDROOM apartment is $600 then water then $80 electric then renters insurance then phone bill -.- and that's in the ghettos with drugs and gunfire and on a government run program discount

Glitch 03-13-2018 08:47 PM

Our current rental is $1600 a month for 3 bedrooms but 2500 sq feet. So we split that with my mom and then utilities.

It would be way better to have a little house with a mortgage I think

Serra Britt 03-15-2018 12:05 AM

It's really a toss-up there I'd say. If you own a house, all maintenance gets paid for by you. If you are renting, the owners generally pay.

But then again, owning a home is great if you have no plans to move because it's strong collateral.

Glitch 03-15-2018 01:33 AM

haha my landlord will only pay if it is something major, we have to take care of any minor maintenance. Example: our outside faucet was dripping and we needed to get it fixed before the temp got too cold so the pipes didn't freeze. we had to pay that cost o3o

Serra Britt 03-15-2018 10:05 AM

Wow what a sucky landlord. I understand them wanting you to pay for things that were your fault, but something like this? Frozen pipes aren't minor >_>

Glitch 03-15-2018 10:56 AM

That’s out of state rental companies for you xD

mdom 03-15-2018 11:17 AM

Freeze his pipes >:U

Batty 03-15-2018 04:53 PM

Lol, the only reason ours is so cheap is because its being renovated in small steps while we live here. So things are broken, the outside looks terrible, the inside has so many issues its insane, and I feel like we have to call the landlord every other week to have him fix something.

Eventually we'll have to leave as soon as he's done with the renovations.
