I am just hanging out before a shower. Tonight is scholarship night and I got an award for something, but I doubt it's a scholarship. Might just be an art reward of some kind is my guess. I'm gonna get dolled up for it ^.^

You're very welcome ^^ I am not even sure about college yet. I would love to learn coding and pixeling so I can run an avatar site of my own someday. That has been my dream since I started out on Gaia in 2007 =) I just need to learn how to do it and save a good amount of funds to get started~

I would suggest become staff on a avatar website to get some experience. It isn't very easy to run I imagine.

And I didn't get an award. My counselor said I did but I didn't. It's one thing to not win anything, but it's completely different when someone gets your hopes up for being recognized, only to not be recognized. I am a little disappointed.

That sounds horrid. Do you know why you were told you were getting one, only to not?

I have no idea to be honest.. but it doesn't matter if I did or didn't now. The awards ceremony is over and people won't see it, or even hear about it really. It was the overachievers who got all of the awards. And there I was, all clean and dressed up nice and smelling fresh, just for them to win over 3k each. Some even got about $15,000 in scholarships.

Ginger - o_o I think there was a lil mis-communication there, hehe.. I graduated from high school years ago. You're just the second person I saw today that was graduating this year. :p
