My dad had the original cell phone, the one that came with a breifcase. I had one of the original car phones, in my car. They've come by leaps and bounds, and I'm sorta scared one day they'll be smarter than me...oh...wait...already there....

I teeeeeeechnically made it to one day of DragonCon in HS...but I don't think it counts since I didn't know if was DCon.

I'm planning to go next year...so sick of all the DRAMA that surrounds my local con and since they're a week apart it's why I've never made it. So next year, I'm skipping this one for DCon. And gettin' mah geek on.

My daughter was taking a bath this morning, and while she was playing in there, she was pretending that she was working at an Italian restaurant, making macaroni and pizza and stuff. And she was singing.

I pretty much told them that 1)I don't do wedding commissions of any sort. Been there, done that, no thankyou and 2)I wasn't comfortable doing something like that for someone I'd never met. There was some tension, but since I figure I"ll never see either of them I'm safe enough.
