Well, it's an old office building, so I don't think it would technically be a medical wing... more like a rest lounge area.

Maki was taking a nap there before Roland showed up with Hayate. It's up on the fifth floor. Parts of the upper floors have collapsed, so there are some places where the sun shines in. It used to be a cubicle area with some private window offices.
Is that the kind of details you meant? |

Most likely, Chloe's gonna figure out pretty damn quickly she's missing a phone, but Kyd's been a thief for a great part of his life. If he can get away unnoticed, Lillian might be interested in that phone.

The "abandoned office buildings" in the map is where Hayate had directed Makoto to, so that I wouldn't confuse them with the base itself.

Just realized that it's rather dangerous for Kyd (who I suppose is heading north) to have the phone on him; I'm sure Techs can easily track its location.

Didn't think about that, honestly. Good chance that the phone could be easily traced by hacking into the phone company's site and Chloe could also just hack the phone if she's not worried about getting the phone back and taking all the data off, I don't think she would openly hack out in the public through so Kyd would have about a half an hour to shift the phone before it could be hacked. -not sure if the protocols for phone hacking is the same as a computer, I'll have to reference that-

Kyd doesn't know how to hack into a phone. His best route right now is probably to run into Lillian and sell in to her...although I highly doubt Punishers and Toxics have ever gotten along...

Oh boy. If Hayate tells Maki that Makoto did all that damage to him, Makoto's gonna have a fun time dealing with Maki.
Then again, Hayate lied to Makoto, and she's probably gonna end up going north. |
But sooner or later, Makoto's gonna find out. Or does Hayate just look extremely trustworthy?

She could always go stalk Chloe, or investigate the area again. XD |
