Lemon bars :o The closest I've gotten to those is some lemon muffins I made about a week ago.

Lemon bars are pretty easy, if I remember right all you have to bake is the crust part and that's just heating up something. The bars themselves would be cooked on the stove and poured over the crust, then chilled. That's what I remember anyways xD

The lemon muffins were okay, but they were from a predone mix and not really lemony enough. I'd almost prefer to add some lemon myself to a muffin recipe...but that's a lot of work and ingredients that I just don't have access to right now.

That doesn't sound too hard, I guess.
But I burn things easily.

I found that they sort of stuck to the pan...
Every time I try to get one it falls apart.
Oh well.

I understand! Things are always better when you make them yourself.
But you have to do what you can do.
It is a lot of work... and if you do not have access to the ingredients you just have to go with predone.

but things just taste better when made from scratch :P

That's so, SO true Ashy. Now to tell my laziness that, but it might be easier after I move and I have a dishwashing machine.. the extra dishes created from homemade might not be so intimidating.

Especially when home made is cheaper than store bought

I mostly bake than cooking cause baking is so much fun than cooking and someone said my chocolate Reese's Cookies are the best
