We may as well. Should we start with whenever Randy VIII sees Jones again, and leave the one on Blue Moon to continue with whatever he and Bert are up to, and just use that one for present-day Kenny encounters while we have the other one (whenever we make it) up for flashbacks?

I think that's perfect, We can watch Randy and Bert do their thing on Blue moon but all our non-sex stuff can go here. And we can set up Flashbacks as we need to. No hurry on that.
