There is a multi-post button next to the 'Quote' button.
I haven't tried yet to use it here but the way it works elsewhere you click that button on all posts you want to quote and then when you click 'post reply' either at the top or bottom of a thread all those quotes you selected are automatically embedded.

That or you could be lazy like I sometimes am and do things like @(insert persons name here) xD
