Mycophobia. So, molds, mushrooms, fungi in general. I do in fact eat mushrooms. Weird, huh. Once the shit’s sauteed and on a plate, I can stomach it. Or raw in a salad. Most of the time. But if you buy a bandle of shiitake, I’m goig to have issues taking it out of the bag.
