Yeah, I'm wanting to make it now too...
Your lasagna is now a religion...

Well here's one I invented... well stumbled on anyways

Honey-Chicken

::ingredients::
-Dijon mustard
-Honey
-Chicken breasts

You take a glass pan, put in half honey half Dijon Mustard and create a liquid syrup. Place in chicken and cook for 30 min at 350 or so and then turn them over for another 30 min [depending how big your chicken is time may vary]

The honey chicken doesn't smell great right off the bat but BOY does it taste good!
Be careful not to add too little sauce or it will burn the pan and smell horrible

Bonnie;; LMFAO! IT IS?! Huzzuh! SO HAPPY.

I has another one, that I found this morning that I think people here might wanna try. :3 I want to make this for my mom. <3

S'MORE STUFFED FRENCH TOAST~
2 pieces of bread ( I used Millet and Flax Bread )
Egg Whites mixed with some stevia in them
3 Graham Cracker Sheets
Ricemellow Creme 0r whatever marshmallow type you want to use, Jet Puff Marshmallow Fluff can work too!
Chocolate Dip or Spread ( I used Walden Farms )
Chocolate Syrup

DIRECTIONS

First grab the graham crackers, grind them up into crumbs in a blender, put crumbs in bowl and set aside
Make your egg mixture, with egg whites, or eggs, whichever you choose, and mix in bowl , and add sugar or sweetener to the egg mixture

Take the 2 pieces of bread, dip them in the bowl of egg mix until fully coated
When fully coated put each piece of bread, one at a time , in the bowl of crumbs and fully coat each piece with the graham cracker crumbs

Heat a skillet up on the stove top ( make sure to use non stick spray ) and cook until golden brown

Take one piece of the toast, and smear with the marshmallow creme, and smear the other with chocolate spread

Put them together on a plate like a sandwich , and top with some more graham cracker crumbs if you have some leftover and chocolate syrup!

That sounds like sugar of Awesomeness. When you have kids feed them that everyday and they'll bounce off the walls at school

I have a recipe I can share.

White Lasagna

Ingredients

(2) 13 oz. cans of white meat chicken
(1) 8 oz. package of frozen spinach (Bird's Eye works well)
(1) regular size jar of Alfredo sauce (Gia Russa tastes best)
(2) bags of Sargento Parmesan Cheese (NOT the grated stuff most people put on pasta)
(2) small cartons of SLICED Baby Bella mushrooms
(1) medium Vidalia onion (can substitute 1 Sweet Onion)
(2) boxes ready-to-bake lasagna noodles
(1/2) cup heavy cream
(1) regular size carton of cottage cheese
(2) regular size bags of mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
3. Thaw frozen spinach in microwave
4. Mix cottage cheese with thawed spinach
5. Crush canned chicken into small bits
6. Mix chicken into the cheese/spinach mixture
7. Mix Alfredo sauce with heavy cream
8. Slice onion into thin slivers
9. Place noodles in a bowl filled with water (helps noodles not stick to pan)
10. Pour a layer of Alfredo mixture into casserole dish
11. Place a layer of noodles on top of the sauce
12. Make a thin layer of the spinach mixture on top of the noodles
13. Put some mushrooms and onion slivers on top of the spinach
14. Sprinkle some cheese (both kinds) on top of the veggie layer
15. Repeat steps 10 through 14 until only (1/4) bag remains of both types of cheese
16. Cover dish with heavy duty aluminum foil and back for 50 minutes
17. Uncover dish, sprinkle remainder of cheese on top of lasagna, and bake for 10 more minutes.
18. Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!

Mmm... That sounds AMAZING.
I'm gonna need to try that~

Echo-chan713 03-26-2011 09:17 PM

I need to try that ramen stir fry

Batty 03-30-2011 02:22 PM

I haven't been able to try anything I've seen here yet. xD;

Apparently, the thought of me trying to cook up anything new scares the crap out of my sister. xD;

Alexis Rider 03-30-2011 05:28 PM

that Lasagna sounds Nummy

Reyoki 03-30-2011 09:48 PM

It so totally is. My parents and brother are addicted to my cooking. Sometimes I come home to find cooking ingredients sitting on my bed XD

dragoness129 04-02-2011 04:09 PM

I need to find some good recipes that are different that I would like. I am very picky, which makes cooking difficult when I do not like all the ingredients.

Echo-chan713 04-03-2011 12:37 AM

Maybe you don't like some of the ingridents in there ALONE but maybe when it's mixed with other stuff and the amount of that item in there can change the taste

Celestial Delinquent 05-17-2011 05:23 PM

Ehehehe... I'm expanding my cooking limits.

Last week, I made scones! FROM SCRATCH! And they weren't too bad. xDD; If anyone is interested, I'll throw up the recipe. :3

Sarah 05-17-2011 05:32 PM
