Trisphee - The ex that won't go away.

Your ex sounds an eerie amount like my ex-fiance. He was highly controlling, manipulative and abusive. Mostly mental/verbal/emotional abuse. I would seriously recommend a restraining order if he lives that close. Mine was long distance so I never had to go that far. However, once I broke up with him, he started texting me all the time and calling. I refused to respond to him and eventually he left me alone. Then I ended up changing my phone number for unrelated reasons and moving. Don't let your fear of him control your decisions.
