Honestly, if you just do sit ups and push ups everyday, increase the sets and repetitions as you go along, eat healthy, and most importantly find someone who can keep you accountable to make sure you do all this than you really don't need to pay a trainer to help you do it.

Just saying trainers are a waste of money if you just look up on the internet for a good guideline and find a trustworthy person to keep you accountable. :3

you would sell your base? if you did i hold the rights any buyer would to do with it as i please with only credit as the stipulation, are you sure you want to sell me the base given that i am a doller and also run a shop? i want sweetie to understand what she is doing before i agree to it XD if i was simply given the base to make a body for myself i could only use it for the agreed-on purpose
