I have the same problem; I like writing music but I can never come up with a melody to work with. I have to be inspired with the melody; I can't just make it up.

Yes. It is much easier to write lyrics when you have the tune first.

I don't write lyrics or music, but I am so bad at poetry that I would only be able to write lyrics if I had a tune to put them to.

i write music, mainly piano or guitar but i suck at the word part. If i ever decide to do it professionally id have to team up with someone.

Its not so much dark magic but magic that requires a balance of dark and light into.. Well simple magic, its hard now'a days when people either focuses on light magic or dark and not in between.
My illusion powers are a netrual in between but to teleport requires certain equipment..
