cats can eat meat, so why not dogs' meat xD

There was a law passed this year that made it legal to get a scavenging permit and legally scavenge roadkill in washington state. Except for one species of deer somewhere down south, because they are protected.
Just an odd fact.

Mochi is very strange, but its unique at least. I don't crave it, but its not bad tasting.
