One thing I don't like is that it runs off the Amazon app store... My favorite games are in the Google play store but I saw on YouTube how to get the Google play store to load to it so I hopefully can follow directions -.- I super suck at directions lol it shall be here tomorrow - or Thursday

Mekatra 11-28-2017 04:51 PM

I believe in you! Maybe you'll just have to watch the video a couple times while doing it.

Kaderin Triste 11-28-2017 06:21 PM

You can figure it out! I know it!

mdom 11-28-2017 09:10 PM

Yeah! Today there are tutorials for everything xD

Mekatra 11-28-2017 09:35 PM

I did a couple rows and then ended up needing a break lol. I felt like my brain was melting.

Kaderin Triste 11-28-2017 10:07 PM

Couple rows? On what?

Mekatra 11-28-2017 10:27 PM

Oops, I had two windows open and posted in the wrong thread lol. I am trying to learn to crochet haha

Kaderin Triste 11-28-2017 10:38 PM

Nice! What are you trying to make first?

Mekatra 11-28-2017 10:48 PM

As little patience as I am proving to have with crocheting, anything but a tangle will do lol. Eventually I want to do granny square blankets.

mdom 11-28-2017 10:58 PM

You can do it!! Even I crocheted baby shoes once, and I'm like... really bad at stuff with my hands.

Kaderin Triste 11-28-2017 11:03 PM

I would suggest trying for a square dishcloth or maybe a scarf...they sound like easy first projects.
Someday I want to learn to crochet. Mainly because I bought a book full of cute amigurimi cats and I NEED them all!

mdom 11-28-2017 11:21 PM

heeheh you already do dragons and more complicated things xD

Kaderin Triste 11-29-2017 12:12 AM

Yeah, but that's loom knit, not crochet...
And look at these babies! I need them!

mdom 11-29-2017 12:12 AM

Awww, is that a mermaid? So adorable!!

Kaderin Triste 11-29-2017 12:14 AM

Lol. A mercat. Yes. XD
You can see why I need to learn crochet now...

Mekatra 11-29-2017 12:16 AM

I'm starting off with granny squares lol

No, those are only cats.
Buuuut....on the looms, I can make turtles like this only without the weird buttony parts (back spots) sewn on because I am lazy and I don't like how it looks that much...

mdom 11-29-2017 10:48 PM

Those looms are magical, Kaderin xD

Kaderin Triste 11-29-2017 11:02 PM

Lol. Nah. The true magic is when you have a butt-ton of various loom styles and sizes and can make knit boots, socks, blankets, sweaters, etc.
But even then, it's all the same stuff that you can do with knit or crochet. In fact, there are hundreds of thousands more patterns for knit and crochet than there are for looms. So really, needle knit and crochet are far more magic.
XD

XoGizmooX 11-29-2017 11:10 PM

Ooooh oooh lookie lookie o.o

I think that button one looks better without spot things too

I figured it might have a cat in a turtle outfit one.... I do like box cat though

KittyBeary 11-29-2017 11:11 PM

How cute! ouo I'd love to learn how to crochet. ;u;

Kaderin Triste 11-29-2017 11:15 PM

Gizzie: I don't remember there being a turtle one. Although, if a person knew the basics of how to crochet and had a decent turtle shell pattern, it could be possible to improvise a turtle cat probably.

Kitty: Me too!

Mekatra 11-29-2017 11:17 PM

TURTLEMELONS!!! Those are so cute!

I have learned that crocheting is hard and I don't have enough concentration to do it lol

Kaderin Triste 11-29-2017 11:20 PM

I mean...you did decide to start on granny squares, yes? Those look kind of complicated to me. Have you tried just literally a square of just basic single crochet? (Trying to be super helpful and supportive...)

mdom 11-30-2017 12:27 AM

Cat in a turtle outfit??? Now that's getting complicated xD

Kaderin Triste 11-30-2017 12:54 AM

Lol. But it would be cute!

Could Kad loom these if I find a pattern o.o they are cute

Kaderin Triste 11-30-2017 02:53 AM

I doubt you'll find a loom pattern, but if you did, I totally could make!

mdom 11-30-2017 08:16 AM

is that like a backpack?

mdom 11-30-2017 10:00 AM

Kad would loom patterns and crochet patterns be the same because I found a Hello Kitty purse one and I am on the trail of a Derpy purse o.o

Kaderin Triste 11-30-2017 03:41 PM

No. They are definitely not the same at all. Loom patterns are more similar to knitting, but still not the same.

mdom 11-30-2017 07:19 PM

this mermaid tail though: http://knittingboard.com/content/fre...rmaid_Tail.pdf

Kaderin Triste 11-30-2017 07:26 PM

I started that pattern once, but had to frog it. I plan to try it again eventually.
But what about this mermaid tail blanket though:
