Unless the 5th movie came out, which it could have, I don't really keep track of movie releases, then, yeah, the 4th one would be the newest one. Afterlife, I think it was called.
Well, the general logic is to loot any stores that nobody would automatically think of (meaning, NOT Wal Mart). You could get lotsa good stuff from a beauty salon - lots of flammable products in there. Not to mention a one-stop shop for getting your apocalypse makeover.
I like that Idea. I would need a lot of hair dye, and plenty of Tea Tree. I'm not stopping a Zombie Apocylpse with a natural hair color.
I'd definitely be running around with bubblegum pink. I want to already, but if zombies take over, I think it'd be safe to assume that you wouldn't have to worry about your hair color affecting your job options.
Meh. I'd figure out a way to clear out an area of zombies, and set up a normal zone where people can live life zombie free. Then I'd be a hero. Quite a good job.
Hmm. I already dye my hair the color I want it to be. (Black) I probably wouldn't even be able to upgrade my wardrobe much, given the amount of leather, chains and spikes I wear already. Kevlar, I guess. :p
Leather! *Starry eyes* I love leather!
I have, I think, three leather shirts, two leather jackets, a leather trench coat, a pair of leather pants, and leather combat boots (which also have chains and spikes. :p)
Ohh. I would love things like that.
Damn, sounds like you've already got your apocalypse outfit in order. =o I'll be hanging out with you. We'll look badass together. <3
I have swords, too, if you prefer to get up close and personal with the undead. Or knives, axes, katars, four-headed flails, whatever's needed. :D
Wow... I'm not sure if I should think of you as kinky or scary. Maybe a little of both? =P I'd rather stay as far away from the things that wanna eat me as possible.
Heh. Yeah, for the record, in the event of a zombieocalypse, I might keep a knife or two for utility and as a last resort (assuming I didn't just give up and die) but the rest? Yeah, not inclined to go all Frank West on a hoard of zombies with a katana. The whole idea of cutting something that's blood carries a lethal pathogen seems to run counter to the idea of staying alive. :p
The things I miss when I'm gone a few days O.O
Did any of you see Zombieland and the Twinkie hunt? That might be a bit harder to find than beauty products but who knows xD As for the survival thing, I dunno how well I'd survive but I'm not much for giving up in any situations so I might try to stay alive out of sheer stubbornness xD |
AMEN! And you would probably find my safe zone with a Twinkie factory in the center.
The thing about a zombie apocalypse (or any sort of after-the-end scenario) is just... how devalued life would be. I mean, living in a world where, objectively, it's better to kill anyone you meet and take their supplies than to trust them, is just... not the sort of world I would want to live in. Watching the walls of civilization that cage our inner beast crumble down would just be depressing. Seeing and knowing the extent that people would go to to survive would make the world unworthy of living in, to me.
I know what you mean Suzerain. I'd probably be too trusting and get backstabbed by someone before a zombie even got near me :P
Ah, see, I'm cynical enough that I'd distrust anyone in that sort of situation, but I wouldn't want to live not being able to trust anyone and having to preemptively betray people just to survive.
I guess I don't see the point of struggling to keep living in a world that's already died. Those people who keep apocalypse bunkers and stockpile supplies and weapons, I just don't understand them. Why bother? What's worth fighting so hard for? |
Well, in Zombieland it was the fight for the twinkie, or brushing a girls hair over her ear. You know that saying, to take pleasure in the little things? Maybe that's what people would be fighting for, not so much their life but the enjoyable moments that come with it.
Of course if the rest of the world is horrible those had better be some REALLY nice moments o.o |
Hmm, yeah, I don't think I could manage it. I can see why other people would try, maybe even succeed, I just don't think I could handle it. I wouldn't be very useful, anyway, not too good in the practical skills department. :p
Haha, same here, except that I can fire a rifle with pretty good accuracy. At least I could 15(?) years ago when my grandpa really wanted to take me to a shooting range :P
Mm, yeah, I've never even held a gun. I'd be terrified of running out of ammunition, regardless, though. Actually, the whole constantly being under threat aspect of a zombieocalypse would be pretty disheartening.
How true. Let's just hope it doesn't happen during our lifetimes then :3
Yeah, that and nuclear war and bio-engineered pathogens. Oh, and gamma ray bursts, meteor impacts, solar storms, super-volcanic eruptions, AI domination, and the spontaneous conversion of all living matter into anti-matter. :D
Well if THOSE happen we likely won't have to deal with the aftermath, right?
One hopes. :p
Might as well add the Rapture to that list, too. I wouldn't want to live through that, what with the wine bowls of wrath and all. :p |
