you never know, my dad though my grandad would be really rude and chew him out but he was really cool about it. His words were "I thought I was going to have to pay you to take her away". Lots of men from our parents generation still have to put on that tough guy image and are way overprotective of children, especially girls.

In the past.. he's treated wrong... and he hasn't yet proved to my dad that he's changed.
My dad tends to go on rants... every time we talk... about how I'm letting him back into my life to easily.... that he's not workin for it. That I shouldn't even let him stay the night here (he doesn't know he's living here)
that I shouldn't let him take me out (or me take him out) until he has a job and makes enough money to pay half the bills... >.<;
