Aberashi's boots made the twigs crunch under his feet as he walked through the dense forest ,he brushed away the leaves and branches from the trees away from his face, he paused and waited for his follower to catch up with him. Her long black hair blew in the wind as she ran trying to catch up, she panted softly trying to catch her breath. 'A..are we..almost to a v-village? He looked back at her from the corner of his eye and smirked. ''Heh..Tired already Lady Himiko? She scowled ''Well if you would not walk so fast..You should really enjoy what the forest has to give us..Nice shelter from the sun, pretty little chirps from the birds. Aberashi rolled his eyes and continued to walk through the forest. Finally they reached the end. A beautiful sparkling lake before them. Lady Himiko was in awe as she looked at the shimmering lake. She shielded her eyes from the sun with her kimono sleeve. Quickly she took her umbrella from her bow in the back of her kimono and opened it. A white snake and a lotus were painted on the paper like umbrella. ''Can we settle down here Aberashi? Please? I am very tired and my sandals are hurting my feet...'' He nodded slowly. ''It seems like a nice place to relax for a bit...I suppose it shall be fine. Looking around Lady himiko spotted a person on the other side of the lake. Aberashi smirked seeing that the figure had wings..or a wing. ''My my what prize do I see over there?'' He headed off to the other side of the lake leaving poor Lady himiko to do her best to keep up with him.
