Okay question and I don't know if it has already be answered or not if it has it really should be covered in the first post, ijs.
I use to be a big donator to the site but stopped for personal reasons, but now want to start donating again, all be it not as much as I once did. I no longer have access to paypal so this is useful to me, but, there is something I need to know. I don't have free money now until the end of the month so it makes it a little bothersome to get the items I may like for the month we are in for example. Are you going to do what Gaia do and allow those who send in payments via post the chance to buy the items of the month they sent the items in? Example: I get paid on the 28th of the month, and send a payment of $50 on that same day, however, you do not get the payment until the 2nd of the following month and the DI's have already changed. Would I have the chance to buy the items from the DI store if I contacted an admin because it was sent before the change over? |
It's been mentioned (earlier in the thread, I think, but I don't see it) that we're happy to credit you for it retroactively, based on the postmark. You can speak to a staff member to have one of us manually run the transaction for you.

Didn't ask for any personal information. I said that I was related to a lot of Wards. The name listed in the first post is given "Matthew Ward" and I made a comment on it. Would have been polite to be acknowledged regardless rather than overlooked because I didn't 'send' my donation in.

It wasn't overlooked because you didn't send anything in. It wasn't replied to because there isn't much to say without getting into personal information, which not all of us are comfortable doing.
