I joined in 07 and didn't really start lurking until 08. The only thing I miss about old Gaia is that they actually cared about zOMG!. :< Now they're gotten into the habit of ignoring games as soon as problems start popping up and blame the users for not playing the broken games. It's the main reason why I'm so worried about the new game. It looks pretty cool, but I'm scared it will be treated the same way zOMG! did and die slowly and painfully. ; n;

I joined around '07. I played through zOMG! twice. :P I admit that it's really sad and neglected. I don't think they ever really did care much about it, but yeah, it's dying horribly now. :/

Gaia says that they're working on a thing to cycle the server automatically every few days. I'll believe it when I see it. > A> Why can't they just let someone cycle them until it gets finished? The lag is starting to get bad again. Saddest thing is that Narumi wanted to help last time the servers needed to be cycled by he wasn't allowed to. Bluh, just tell him how to do since it's obvious Gaia won't let the zOMG! devs busy with the other MMO. = A=;

Gaia only cares about the aspects of their site from which they make a profit. They are the only avatar site I have ever encountered with such a blatant disregard for the opinions of their users. -_- |
@Nik: Yes, they have become greedy like every other giant corporation. I would never donate to Gaia. They have enough money already. ><

Ain't that the truth. = n=; It took them 10 months to actually do something significant about the disaster they call Alchemy. They should have known that making a feature that only 3% of the site would even be able to do was a huge mistake. An even bigger insult is when they put the much asked for backwings in it.
