i dunno sweetie, i am not going to look for the camera matches, not with my head pounding and half the gallery lacking in info

as awful as it sounds, i am not a photo person, i don't know who owns the arts and i recognize none, if the gallery did not contain several camera brands and so many modded images and the girl had not been a 'joined today' member with a gallery full of photos she directly claim is hers i would not have known. and worse i can't be buggered to care beyond calling her the thief she is and being done with it

theres a difference between sharing and theft, a lot of sources are more than happy to let you use their work as long as you dont claim it as your own. Capcom is probably the biggest company i can think of off the top of my head that encourages circulating of its content :P

no, memes are(in theory) free-share files, they are /meant/ to be used and reused

keiko people are using the memes under the fair use policy, its the same as you drawing your country's flag and not getting sued for theft :P

theres certain criteria you have to adhere to such as not profiting from using them, so the maker of the memes would have the right to sue a tshirt company selling shirts with the memes on them for a portion of their profits :o

and yes, but its an image sharing website. not just a meme only website, they cant control all of whats posted on it. its like the funnyjunk vs the oatmeal thing all over again :s

actually sometimes the copyright owners will knowingly look away from people profiting if it helps get the brand out
