It's actually more like 20 minutes at this point. (I want a timer for when items reset!) I'll make it just in time, I swur. It was an hour and a half until token reset when I got the items I have now.

when i played it, you had to wait for the timer to go down then refresh the page to claim the tokens

That thing Asami said, we just barely took off that delay. Try visiting the page one more time and it should grant tokens now.

i did though it was weird after the first turn it asked me to insert but i was granted a second spin after grabbing the pants then offered another free one then it ate a token gave me one turn then told me i was out of tokens

first token - you won pants without dropping the ball
second token - you didnt get anything after three times, as in the item ball dropped all three times
third token - the system used it without letting you do anything

so why were the aus different colors from the other two items and why were those so hard when the other two were as easy as any crane game?

It sounds to me like after you got the pants, another token was inserted. The game is set up so it won't let you try to grab another item after winning one unless you click on the "Insert Token" button. Another question, did you leave the page between the second play and the third?

i did not leave and it took the token /after/ i failed the coin grab, or at least the thing changed then

did you navigate away from the page? and the probability of picking up the item depends on how far away you are from dead center.

eg. being 14px away form center may be 40% chance of success while 1px is 98% chance of success

from what i gather you may have accidentally clicked the insert token, thats the only thing i can think of if you didnt navigate away. when you win an item you forfeit the other two tries for that token.

The token count in your currency bar doesn't update during the game, it only updates if you leave or refresh. Are you sure you didn't refresh the page?

Remember that the 'credits' under the crane game is the number of tries that you have left (you get 3 per token). Was that what you where looking at?

They refresh 1 hour after when you open the page. I will add a timer for that soon I think.

Ok I've spoken to coda and got things clarified.

After getting the pants you must have clicked to insert your third token, that is why you are confused. Once you win an item you forfeit all other tries, it says that on the announcement post. So the two extra tries you thought were on the second token were actually on the third.

choco, the behaviors you described are exactly the kind of results the game is supposed to have. You had three games -- two wins and a loss -- and you spent tokens accordingly. Everything is in order.

The only apparent problem is that you don't remember spending one of the tokens. I can only imagine you clicked the button without even thinking about it; LOTS of people instinctively click away dialogs when they pop up.

coda, i was very /carefully/ hovering over the items and it did not read, i clicked my second token then when i got my item i moved to hover over again to try and see if i could pick up this time and it did

i did not click anything i did not have my fingers on the mouse when it took my token, i did not want it to take my last token i did not want to use it and i was very careful with my hands and /no/ i did not touch any keys either
