probably, but first there is something that needs to be addressed that I mentioned in my latest post meaning inner party conflict.
That's kind of the way it is though, Funk. Not everything works out the way everyone wants, and maybe we will just have to have some separation of the party until everyone really DOES need each other?
Gtg for a bit. Michael's completely forgotten about the background check, eh.
Okay. Lev has more or less taken himself out of the action for this particular one. He'll be doing less stuff. And Suz, I need to buy another grenade.
Funk, Jeanne will be the same way, although I doubt she'll fight; more like stand there and tell people to stop really ineffectively.
Oh, huh, a grenade o.o I had ideas about those with Fee already, makes me wonder if I should do something about that.
*is dreading to see what just went down in RP*
Good God, Salone, if I'd been drinking anything it would be all over my screen. The juxtaposition of your post and the end of Funk's is insane. :D |

This is... so out of hand.
So, par for the course for us. :p |
See, now I kinda feel bad. I feel like I'm always trying to steal the spotlight 'round here. I'm sorry Espy! And, well...to everyone else.
Don't worry, lev.
Sheol. I'm actually srs now. what would happen if one of us actually died. |
As I said in the other thread, either resurrection through any variety of methods, or bring in a new character.
And, you just totally called Salone Lev. :p And, Salone, don't worry, that was highly entertaining. :D |
Well, Lev is going to suffer for it. He's going to get hit by some shrapnel and pretty much recede, both to recover Lev's body and so the not so crazy Lev can come back...after all the action is over.
I wonder if the garrison commander is still interested in negotiating. >_>

That made the rest of my day (about 1.5 hours more). Sincerely, person who rarely is in a good mood. |
Also, right now I'm not sure whether Dante's lying there cuffed or someone hit him over the head with a rifle. I'm supposing he's not out cold, though.
Well, I'd assume the grenade blast wasn't in that room, or at least where Dante is, so he's probably okay from that.
Might be in trouble depending on how the soldiers react to Lev, though. |
I highly doubt the grenade could've rolled that far in the few seconds...
Yeah, I don't think Lev got very far inside the Armory. It's not like I have a map of the place, though. :p
Nah. The grenade only served to neutralize the few that came to assist the main entrance, and to conveniently take out Lev for the rest of the fight. And I'm entertaining the idea of wounding him more and more as the story goes to make him appear less human.
I think that at this rate, the jux will make my character and lev big rivals, almost to fighting to the death. XD If that happens I might kill michael off to clean the messy slate I left, but that's only if I don't get a decent backstory by babylon.
I'm really enjoying RPing Shealtiel's complete indifference lately. He's like a walking void, nothing triggers an emotional response from him.
We'll see which see he stands on when the chips fall, if it comes to that. Should be interesting. I'm still not sure what the rest of are doing at the moment. Need opinions. Do we fight, or somehow attempt to negotiate in the wake of Lev's assault? |
Wow...so much carnage :p Fee can't really do anything (again) but I'm going to post something anyways XD
Just a note, but it is okay for everyone to "level up" who hasn't yet, since we've been through a lot. I think Shealtiel, Michael, and Lev are the only ones who've really gotten power ups. The rest of you are welcome to one if you want.
And, on that note, if anyone wants m to edit their abilities line of the character sheet with a new ability, let me know. |
I dunno, "access Network at will" doesn't seem all that glorified but that's basically all that Feenai has been doing. I'm starting to think I made her too weak for this story.
Well, you're welcome to give her a power boost, especially if you can think of a plausible reason for it.
Maybe find some kind of code that'll let her hack into Alliance psychic warfare online tutorials? :p |
I know that Rue either doesn't want to show her face, or she wants everyone dead, but she also needs Michael's support for her kickass sword - which will probably serve as her powerup. =P
The most likely powerup for Fee would be some kind of offensive use for her telekinesis. As of yet there's no plausible way to explain it, however...
Well, as of Funk's post, there's battle-psychics in the armory...
Just saying. ('cause, you know, they're totally willing to just hand out lethal psychic techniques, and it OBVIOUSLY only takes a few minutes...) |
Maybe she learns by watching. You know, is able to sense the energies and techniques they employ, and copy it herself by seeing an example they might use against us. Just saying.
Trying to figure out whether Rue wants Dante dead >.>
(Actually, trying to figure out what his status is right now.) |
Come on, somebody move us inside. Shealtiel doesn't care enough to do it. :p
And, Espy, his status can be whatever you want it to be. |
Maybe you can GM the captain. I'm trying to think of what type of guy he is, and what sort of past Michael has. XD
the doorman = the captain? (ahaha..."ze captain"...Anyone here read Romantically Apocalyptic?)
I can do that. We should probably figure out a personality for him first.
Not a psychic, I don't think, since he was calling up Dante's info off a MID, right? So, is he an unyielding stickler or is he sort who'll make concessions to save lives? And does he think we're a non-issue once were inside, or does he respect us enough to treat with us as equals? |
Just remind him that I haven't had my rabies shots this year. If he doesn't fill Lev's body full of holes that is.
No, the guy's definitely not a psychic. I don't think he's a stickler, though he'll save lives in a very exasperated way >.>
I'm just trying to figure out how he's going to react to Lev killing a dozen of his men.
Probably pissed as hell, plus tranquilizers and containment?
I think that either way he'll be on guard. He will feel that lev should have a gun to his head at all times because of the attack. He also will be more wary of giving weapons to the party because stickler or concessionist (if that's how it's said) he will think that we are dangerous because we didn't stop lev's assault before he killed someone, and he'll notice that the wall wasn't torn down.
