just an fyi 500 dollar pc's are not worth it... parents bought one for 300 and they said it was nearly the same as mine... but mine was 2,000... once out of the box their pc was crap...

My parents bought a 300 dollar computer, 2 years ago, and it still works really good. Anything would be better then mine. My computer is my parents old one, that got a virus and wouldn't turn on. It was crap, I fixed it up, and use it. Its soooo slow. Ugg. I wish I could get a new computer for my b-day but that won't happen.

I really am not too sure how much I ended up spending, but it was at minimum $50 and max $150 or so...I also bought the IRL Grunny and Kiki Kitty...They are soooo cute and go on a headband!!!

It was good. Made me realize how sore I really was.

I got mine as a 16th b day gift from my uncle since he loves me like his own son... But i bought my desktop and upgraded the ram, powersupply, and graphics to high performance...

I definitely understand the feeling behind that. I know if I ever had to take care of my parents (except my dad and stepmom.....long story behind that) I wouldn't want to be paid to do it, I would do it because of what they did in raising me.

that is understandable. if i really wanted to i could make a good pc for cheap but i already have 2 good ones... if you need help finding one or someone to compare them i could help.

I could throw in my two cents worth as well. I can build a decent PC, but I prefer using Macs.
