The boyfriend loves him some cats, so I think I am stuck with felines forever. And our cats love rodents. In the nomnom sense.
It's nice to dream though. |
I've never owned a flying squirll or a Sugar Glider. I have had a friend with a sugar glider, though. It was too cute!
Yeah, I'm stuck with cat's forevvvarrr! But I luffs them. |
I take it from the rest of your list Ari, that "beardies" mean Bearded Lizards? To me they refer to bearded collies. ;).
Eeee! Belial has a cavie! I miss my guy. :(. We had to put him down a couple years ago. He was 13 so quite old by breed standards. Here he is next to my sister's english mastiff puppy (who sort of adopted him as "grandpa"). He's about 9 or 10 here. http://i1214.photobucket.com/albums/...une_08_030.jpg "Monty" aka AM/CA CH Laughing Full Monty, the Mont, Big Mont, Montasque, Ty-mont, leaf boy, stick boy (stuff getting caught in his fur. He had an unusual amount of hair for his breed, but it's 'often thicker with dogs of his colour), Monty Man, Mr. Man, etc. So yeah, I'm a dog but, and my wish is to have a Borzoi if I could but it doesn't look like they'd fit my lifestyle. I did have pet rats as a kid. Use to let them walk around the house. They could usually be found behind the fishtank for some reason. Guess they liked it there. Mine was a beige and white hooded rat named Basil, my sister's was black and white and called Yoshi. Yoshi was the active explorer type. Basil could be found wherever there was food. Basil was happy to sit in your hand or behind your back on a chair or something. Yoshi insisted on perching on your shoulder. |

My household currently has a cat, two ferrets, my mom's blue tongue skink, my sister's 3 baby turtles and mouse, as well as my housemate's dog and 3 cats o.o (I lack pictures for now, sorreh D8) |
*chuckles* It's fine Ulti. Was just asking, pictures are not needed.
Sounds like quite the menagerie of pets for sure from everyone. |
I know but other people had pictures XP
|
Though I said I don't have any, my older brother is working on cultivating a saltwater tank. It's pretty fricking huge, even though he's only three creatures in there right now. XD
I'll see if I can remember to take a picture to show y'all. |
I want a tortoise. And a skunk.
And a kitty cat. Right now I have a pit bull/bull mastiff mix and a rat terrier that's not a good example of her breed. |
Oh, skunks are awesome. <3
Plus, I actually don't mind the scent that they excrete, in fact I enjoy it quite a bit. >.> |
It's not like they stink all the time, so I'm not worried. Just have to raise them up well and incidents should be minimal.
|
Aw, I really do like their unique scent. X3
But it would be helpful to raise them well to not release it all the time, or others won't be too happy with it. XD |
Their musk isn't really all that unpleasant; it's when they SPRAY it that it's a problem. I agree -- the smell of a happy skunk isn't really offensive at all.
|
I love skunk smells of all varieties though, both happy and...what most others deem unpleasant. X3
|
Skunk spray doesn't bother me that much either. I don't find the actual odor that bad; the problem is the strength of it.
|
Yeah, skunk smells can be pretty strong. But I don't mind their strength, either. XD
|
I've never known anyone with a skunk as a pet, only snakes or cute little ferrets.
In NJ they are legal with a license but I have too much on my plate to indulge such a frivolous desire. |
