o-o i'll be on the lookout for smoke then.

I'm already wearing facemasks outside because of all the pollen in the air, if I see smoke, the mail can wait >->,

Tam I am 05-14-2016 06:49 PM

*rubs my head* Have I mentioned that even when I don't see or smell the smoke it's making it hard for me to brain?

nickjr 06-12-2016 03:46 PM

We have a new temporary home! http://lorendria.proboards.com/

trystan830 06-12-2016 03:51 PM

you beat me to it, nickjr!

Tam I am 06-12-2016 09:58 PM

...And it's white on black.

*hug* I'm glad for you, guys.

ZenKitty 06-12-2016 10:03 PM

There are 2 other themes - the default glaringly WHITE with black and Rainbow, which is too bright for me. I'm sticking with the Black on white.

trystan830 06-12-2016 10:06 PM

i'm with you, ZenKitty! i did try the other two themes, to be fair though.

Tam I am 06-13-2016 03:48 PM

Yeah. White on black causes me physical pain. Rainbows I avoid because of stuff that happened, and yeah, bright. And the black on white sounds painful too.

I am a wimp. *sigh*

ZenKitty 06-13-2016 06:21 PM

Lyra just made one called tranquil which has a color scheme a little similar to this although the posting is the shades of teal with banana. It's the best one on my eyes.

Tam I am 06-13-2016 06:29 PM

It looks a little bit like Xanje.

trystan830 06-13-2016 10:06 PM

i'm using that one too.

oooh, tam, i love that dress! is it in the shops? and what's it called if it is?

Tam I am 06-13-2016 10:20 PM

Yes, this dress is in the shops. It's the dark princess dress.

trystan830 06-13-2016 10:31 PM

ooh, awesome, thanks!!

*runs off to try it on*

ZenKitty 06-14-2016 09:48 AM

I agree that you have a lovely dress, Tam. Which specific shop is it in? I've done a search in all of them and can't find it.

trystan830 06-14-2016 10:04 AM

Zen, it's in Lavish Luxuries. it's actually called just 'Princess Dress'

ZenKitty 06-14-2016 12:39 PM

Thanks, Trys!

trystan830 06-14-2016 12:45 PM

you're welcome, Zen!

Ooops. But aren't there two different colour packages of it?

trystan830 06-14-2016 01:39 PM

*goes to check* yep, there are two packages: there's the Princess Dress and the Pastel Princess Dress. i just used the word 'princess' for my search, and that's what came up.

Tam I am 06-14-2016 02:48 PM

LOL I got the descriptives for the packages mixed up with something else.

trystan830 06-14-2016 02:53 PM

it's ok, Tam. sutff happens. =)

Tam I am 06-14-2016 10:10 PM

And I know my brain has holes in right now.

trystan830 06-14-2016 11:08 PM

i have what i call Swiss Cheese Memory. lotsa little holes in it.

nickjr 06-15-2016 12:57 AM

Nah, I'm sure your brains are sponges instead of swiss cheese. Holey, but able to absorb a lot :D

trystan830 06-15-2016 09:56 AM

nope, pretty sure it's swiss cheese.

but if you have to to with a sponge, it's absorbed so much stuff that it's over-saturated, and some stuff just doesn't get absorbed any more....

Nope. Not anymore. Menopause makes things fall out without things soaking back.

*pause*

Great. Now I want Swiss cheese.

XD

trystan830 06-15-2016 02:23 PM

Menopause? i thought it was pregnancy.... i have heard it called 'Baby Brain' - i gave a lot of my brains away 19 years ago, and then the 15 years ago. heh.

great, that means i'll get more forgetful. yay.

Coda 06-15-2016 02:34 PM

Any major hormonal shift in the body will do it to some extent or another. Stress in general just kinda sucks for memory formation.

trystan830 06-15-2016 02:36 PM

yeah, that does explain a lot, Coda. =D

*wonders what my perpetual Swiss Cheese Memory says about me then...other than my memory is kinda sucky unless i write things down.*

Tam I am 06-15-2016 03:50 PM

XD For me, it's mostly period brain, but it only started happening with the onset of pre-menopause. It's a bit damaging to my pride, since I used to be Miss instant recall memory. Now, if someone wants information, they better be prepared to throw hashtags at me.

trystan830 06-15-2016 08:37 PM

i've never really had a good memory.....

Tam I am 06-15-2016 10:34 PM

You're still good.

trystan830 06-15-2016 10:36 PM

heh, thanks, Tam.

Tam I am 06-15-2016 10:59 PM

And I imagined Stitch saying it before I wrote it.

trystan830 06-15-2016 11:02 PM

i love stitch!

Tam I am 06-16-2016 12:44 PM

XD That's actually one of my favourite Disney movies. But I like the making of videos for the movie a little better. LOL HOW DID THE STORY HAPPEN???? TELL MEEEEE.

trystan830 06-16-2016 12:52 PM

awesome! =)

Tam I am 06-17-2016 02:17 PM

Most of the time the videos about the movie make the movie better. But when it came to 'Pacific Rim'... I loved that movie till I watched the video about it. Now it just gives me headaches.

trystan830 06-17-2016 03:19 PM

i don't usually do a lot of behind the scenes things....

Tam I am 06-17-2016 05:25 PM

lol There have been a few movies where the making of videos saved them for me.

Looks like we have an event. Cool.
