Riyo laughs but agrees. "I'll have the group help assemble everything." He smirked his even plotting smirk before carrying Vivi off to the mall. He stops at a pizza place but orders large salads for them with the bunch of goodies in them. He gets smoothies to drink from another place. "there. We'll probably have more of this later for supper too."

"Good deal then." Vivi giggles a bit. He wouldn't mind putting things together....long as they just snap into place or something, but screw and other things? No thank you. He kind of clings to Riyo. Man, that pizza is calling to him. It's greasy. Greasy is delicious yet bad for you. He just munches on the salad. "Mmmkay then..."

"We'll get pizza on Monday if you're good over the weekend." Riyo chuckles, hoping Vivi can keep that since he wants to show the gown when they get back. "If not then you will have no treats for a week." He warned but in a caring tone as well. They'd probably end up having a mini baby shower at some point and have to get name books.

Vivi will not be pleased when he sees the gown. That might break the want of pizza and treats. So no guarantees there. He kind of pouts, his ears drooping and all when the warning is given. Vivi can do his own punishments to Riyo. Of course it has nothing to do with food, but he still has his own way to do it too.

Riyo is very careful when nobody is around, rubbing Vivi's belly. They'd be more than kicking around in there soon enough. He won't care about punishments so long as Vivi will wear it at least once. If he's refused things he'll go with what he's had before.

Vivi just leans into Riyo a bit as Riyo rubs. Vivi hates those gowns. It's worse than being naked in his mind. It's like trying to give people a false sense that they aren't naked when they essentially are naked. It annoys him. He'd rather be fully clothed or fully naked...one of the two...not the inbetween crap that the "gown" is.

Maybe Riyo would hold off on showing the gown at least until a birthday or something like that. Nobody is supposed to be mad on their birthday or anyone else's. So he can hopefully win Vivi over then. He finishes up and starts on the shopping with Vivi. Going through some of the basics and leaving clothes for last.

Vivi is just amazed at all the baby thing there are. He never had anything like that when he was small. There are all these different toys and things. "Do people really buy all these things?" Can all those things be needed? He's not good with the picking of the clothes. He doesn't know what to pick out. Why should babies care long as they're comfortable.

"Some. Like we'll need these." He chuckled holding the child halites they use to keep kids from wandering. "But not for a while yet. We'll need the basics though." He said putting some packs of diapers and a little bassinet into the cart. He had Vivi drive another one as he put more into his and a little playpen too. He also thought there should be a few toys and the bottles. Tons of bottles. and formula. But that can be bought later so it's fresh and not expired.

"You...mean leashes?" Vivi isn't too big on those, but he isn't gong to argue really on it or anything...but he doesn't like the idea of leashes on children. Or himself for that matter. Vivi just follows Riyo around, looking at things, liking some of the toys. He's still childish and he can admit that.

"You can pick out some if you want. But they're not for you. Just remember that." Riyo nods at the leash thing. "Only if they're going to wander." He thought for a moment. "I think I used to have one and I turned out fine." He chuckled.

"I know." But Vivi still like the toys. He has both human and cat characteristics...and the cat part likes the baby toys. Some make noises and the like. Some even move, but he wouldn't get those, yet, for the chillins. He does pick out a couple of small plushie things they have there. "Why can't people just hold their hands or something?" Now, if you have 8 little kids....you might want a few leashes....but just one or two? A couple should be able to handle that without leashes. Though he does see the good points in it,

"Keep talking like that and I may put a few on you for some bondage." Riyo joked. Though thought it might be interesting to learn a thing or two about it and leashes would work. He then let Vivi stay there and wandered off to the pet section for a moment. He then returned with a rubber mouse. He wouldn;t do catnip or anything cause that might risk hurting the youngings.

Vivi just makes this weird little noise of his, his ears flattening back as he blushes. That noise turns into a soft whine kind of. He really doesn't know how he feels about that...."threat" right there. There are mixed feelings about it to say the least.

Riyo filled both carts before paying with a credit card for them things. He has yet to tell his family but assumed they'd find out from the bill. He didn't have any fear with coming clean to them, though preferred to do it when he got there. "well it's been a few hours now. Shall we eat again and wait for them to get out of classes?"

Vivi is a little...fidgety? as Riyo pays for it all. He's just thinking about how much all this probably costs and it kind of makes him anxious. He doesn't like spending this much at one time. He easily knows this is a lot. He's sucking on a fingernail at this point. It's a bad habit. "Okay...sure. That sounds good...when will they be here?"

"They leave class in another 15 minutes. So they should be here in 45 or so." Riyo says as Vivi shouldn;t worry about the money since any and all baby things in bulk or in general cost money. And not cheap either. The clothes would easily cost more than the diapers alone.

And Vivi will think about the money then too, when they're buying clothes. It's weird. He's a pet and so he's supposed to depend on others, mooching, but he doesn't like it really. Also, he isn't sure who's money they're spending. Either way, he'd feel about the same, but if it's Riyo's...they are his children too...but it is still a lot of money at one time. "Okay then..." He's just looking around a bit, doing the people watch thing right now.

Riyo thought for a moment before dragging Vivi to the grocery store area in the mall. "they have free things around here too." He smiiled as he got Vivi some samples of everything he could find being sampled right now. He walked them off to the mall part again before waiting for their friends? to come by and help out. He knew they were his but didn't know if Vivi considered them anything to him or not, still.

Vivi just lets himself be dragged into the grocery store, looking around a bit at the things around. He kind of starts purring as he munches on the free samples, following Riyo around. He likes these free samples. Vivi doesn't really have an opinion on Riyo's friends. They're nice and he likes them, but he feels more comfortable around Riyo.

(Never been to a mall with a grocery store.)

Riyo's glad when they get there, now for the more important shopping. At least once the girl stops choking Riyo from the good news, as she calls it. 2 hours later the shopping is done and there's clothes for a few different sizes since babies don't take long to grow out of the clothes.

Vivi just kind of follows, sucking on a fingernail. He's, currently, letting them make the decisions. He doesn't know about these things....and he doesn't really have a fashion sense or anything. Whatever fits, he'll wear it. That's the way it works for him at least.

Another 2 hours passed before they were done, being sent home all in two taxis as they all carried so much to the taxis. They had enough bags to carry each that it would be hard to walk home to the dorms. Once back, Riyo let everyone in before crashing on the couch.

By the time it's all over, Vivi is doing this zombie shuffle thing, yawning every once in awhile. And he's glad they aren't trying to drag those all the way back. He doesn't think he/they could do it. He at least attempts to help get stuff inside before going to just watch Riyo pretty much.

Riyo pulls Vivi over, cuddling him until he falls asleep. He uses Vivi as a blanket as he was too sleepy to bother getting an actual blanket. Even if it happened to be on the back of the futon, as usual. He wakes the next morning around 10, thankful no alarms had to be turned on.

Vivi just nestles into Riyo, yawning before falls asleep. He's warm and happy and that's all he needs to fall asleep. Oh, Vivi hates that alarm, so don't get him started. As Riyo starts waking up and moving, Vivi just stretches before getting up to waddle to the bathroom. Some things will never change.

Riyo does the usual, though now they have an appointment every 2-3 weeks with that doctor so until then, he goes through his mid-terms, passing them. He does the usual, ordering out or making things in the dorm to eat. He's getting better, he thinks. Though he'd never take on a meal that takes forever to prepare.

And if Riyo takes too long deciding to get/make food....Vivi just starts nibbling on him. It gets his point across quickly of FEED ME! He gets more used to the appointments though it's obvious he isn't overjoyed about them, but it's better than before. And Vivi would never complain. It's much better now than before he was sent here....even if it was on accident.

Riyo passed all of the mid-terms, bringing home the marks for Vivi to see. He knew soon he would have to choose classes or staying with Vivi for the days to come. Though he did have the cell now so that was better than nothing. So he could go to classes still and take his exams and pass the year, while awaiting a family.

Vivi just spends the time Riyo's away...doing whatever. Sometimes lighting everything on fire on the dragon games, sometimes doing nothing. He's always excited when Riyo comes back, waddle tackling him. Even if he tries not to show and doesn't say it....he worried while Riyo is gone. There's about 5 billion what ifs he can think about.
