My sleep is suffering too bc I have to keep waking up to gargle with betadine when swallowing my saliva becomes too painful :s-ugh: |
Why is swallowing painful? And just sleep with your mouth open it becomes dry then.

I don't wake up from such things when i sleep, just from noise and light.

I'm sensitive to sudden noise but if it's continuously noisy and not too loud I can sleep. |
Nope i don't wake from pain or discomfort i just find those makes it hard to fall asleep. Well maybe if the pain is over a certain degree like when even a double dose painkillers doesn't work.

Hmmm. What if you were comfortable when you went to sleep but a sudden wave of pain comes while you're fast asleep, you still don't wake up?

I haven't been able to remember any dreams except daydreams since i was seven.

maybe though my cause is i have notable anxiety issues XD i had mail coming today(good mail) and i had a bad dream about it coming and being bad stuff inside and brought-with hahaha

As i have said before i haven't been able to remember them since i was seven no matter which method i tried. Probably built up some kind of mental block back then because i had nightmares every night.

some do, some do not XD like if my club is on the front page a few people will post, if it falls off only like 2 people will post XD the more posters in it however the more people visit so it is sort of one of those selfexacerbating things
