I only do it because I'm required to take an hour break on this shift. Otherwise I'd just bring food from home; we have a microwave and fridge in here. I usually only barely manage 45 minutes of break anyway, because I have to set up tapes and crap. And I really don't have anything to DO while on break.

you don't have to type align=, just put center and /center in brackets.
