Money tends to actually be more of a stressor than motivation, honestly. Straight up items are more of a motivator, but items are not what the current customer is offering. -shrug-

It certainly helps. If I don't enjoy the subject I'm working on, I don't have much interest in going out of my way to add that something extra, and especially not without a good offer.
