That's what happened to my friend. His mother slapped him, he pushed her and she went running to the police with some bullshit story that he beat the shit out of her. And he was found guilty. |

It just seems like sometimes, people don't want to do the extra work to get to know an individual and write them off as "Well they are a ___, so they'll be like this." It's kind of a shame, really... |
Yeah exactly. I read about a woman who accused a man of being her rappist. He went to jail for ten years, then the police started to see holes in her story. She then admitted that she had made the whole thing up. She ruined that man's life. |

A lot of people will see it instead as "Look how messed up they are, I'm glad they went to prison." rather than "Prison really messed them up, why did we send them there?" |
It just makes people worse. :/ Instead of sending them to prison give them extreme like.. what is it called? Community serves. But imo the people who rape and murder should be sent to jail PERMANENTLY. |
