It could be made as a suggestion that they split it into two items, the antlers would be cool with other things besides just that hair. X3 (has a thing for horns and antlers)

We do have some other antlers lying around. One of the Lunae items I think, and at least one other DI.

And it was quiet last night... I assumed it was due to me being up when I should be asleep, though.

It always gets so quiet at night, even when one lives next to a busy street that's still going strong...

@Tam
It's pretty quite around here usually, what with being an apartment complex and the people we used to have as neighbors. x'D

I meant existing items!

Code:

rm -rf ~/chains*

ml1201 12-01-2014 10:45 PM

o.O
What does that code mean?

*pokes it* I'm assuming that's how you got out of the chains?

Yep, exactly. "rm" is the UNIX command for deleting something, -f is "force" (meaning it overrides read-only checks), and -r is "recursive" (normally used for deleting folders inside folders, but for a chain it makes sense that it would go through all the links).

Meanwhile, ~ refers to the current user (that is, me).

<-- is pathetically bad at anything cmdbox-related

trystan830 12-03-2014 01:25 AM

doesn't know much linux coding... even though i'm using ubuntu OS.... -->

Mek 12-03-2014 02:44 AM

I don't really know much coding at all. They tried to teach me Pascal in HS, but it didn't stick.

ml1201 12-03-2014 09:21 AM

Oh! It's a command box thing. x'D The only thing I know for that is ipconfig/release and ipconfig/renew because my net on this computer keeps going wonky! D:< And even when I did the renew it kept saying my connection was still disconnected. (my dad has this secure wireless thingy for the computer that I think is going) So I bought a cord for it since my brother said he'll connect me, only problem is that I bought the wrong cord. x'D I need a Cat5E or something like that and I bought a Cat6-something. I only remembered the cat part. x'D (I'm not ditsy when it comes to computers just have a hard time remembering the name of things, I help people find the tools they need all the time even though I have no idea what it is by the name but do know by the description). x'D

Yeah, except it's UNIX (Linux/Mac OS X/BSD/etc.) instead of Windows. The equivalent command on Windows is... I think "deltree /y %HOME%/chains*" but I haven't done extensive Windows command prompt work in so long I'm not sure.

ml1201 12-03-2014 09:13 PM

Yeah, windows is just generally easier to use and understand, for as long as I can remember that's all my family has ever had. And my dad is a computer scientist. o.O

trystan830 12-03-2014 09:14 PM

i quite like my ubuntu. yummy flavor of linux. =)
