"When I made the new contract for TD I was obligated to confidentiality!" Lawliet burst. "Even to the cast members! Hey where'd the kid go?"

Lawliet was blinking now with all the others.

"Well shit," Missy groaned. "Let's split up."

She grabbed Lawliet and took off down one part of Chester's huge house.

"Crap, Near!" Mihael called as he took off the opposite direction. "NEAR!"

--Scene Change--

Near had gone back to the closet, trying to find some sort of trap door, although logically he knew there was no way he could have gone from England to America through just a single door.

None of this was really logical anyway.

It had been an hour or so before he heard the others outside regroup and then leave the apartment, but he didn't risk venturing out. Then there was a light knock on the closet door that made him freeze up.

"You can come out now." A voice informed.

Crouched beside the door, Near had one leg pulled up against his chest and one of his hands was buried into his white curls. Slowly, he turned the door handle and pushed the door open a crack, peering out.

"It's safe." Mail assured. "Everyone's taken off."

Frowning a little bit, Near slowly pushed the door open all the way and crawled out, before climbing carefully to his feet.

Mail could see that he had pulled on a large jacket and taken off the sneakers that Nate had been wearing.

"Hey, you alright?" Mail asked kindly enough. "Those other guys are always freaking out over something, I know it can be overwhelming."

"That is quite an odd thing to ask someone who has no idea where they are," Near informed, frowning even more.

"Touche, you little shit." Mail rumpled Near's hair. "You wanna get outta here?"

Frowning even more, Near reached up to fix his hair - which only meant he was messing it up even more, but doing it himself. "I want to go home."

"Where's home?" Mail asked.

"Shouldn't this person know it?" Near asked, eying the redhead. "Seeing as this person and his friends seem to know quite a bit about me..."

"You mean in England?" Mail laughed. "You know we're in Hollywood, right?"

"Yes, I know that," Near replied, still with a frown on his face as he watched the redhead laugh. "What year is it?"
