I dunno. The internet I've been using on campus is just called 'students' everywhere I go. So I think it's the same server all across campus. But no, I haven't spoken to anyone yet. .... I'm too painfully shy >\\\\>;;

Send an email? Leave a note? I know my university has a computer/electronic building like thing you can go to if you have problems with the internet, the website for the school, etc. You can go and have them help you out with any issues you have. They just don't FIX computers.

Yeah, I could go there, but I dunno what they can do =/ And it's just my room. If I step outside my door (where I am right now) it works fine. It's only in my room. (which massively sucks because I got a really nice room...)

Ulti; They might be able to help you with that though. When you say nice room, that tells me you may have a microwave or some sorts. I know some cases are caused by microwaves, or landline phones. When we had a landline, the problem was when we used it in any room away from the base, the wifi signal did mess it up. Also when you had the microwave running you couldn't hear a thing, it was all static and such. Just a thought.

Nope, I don't have a landline, and I've never used the microwave in the room. And I'm positive the Internet wasn't working before I got the microwave.

Speaking of computers, I am backing mine up finally, friend told me to just click and drag my user name over. And I did, first it said 10 hours, dropped to 1 hour estimated time until done, and has been going up since. Now it says 23 hours and raising up. @___@ I hope it doesn't REALLY take that long.
