See, I keep saying, that, but I still have Nikko's art to re-draw from over a year ago and all the Tris NPCs (doing that for the heck of it) and several of my own OCs and a few OC refs and Esch RPCs...

I admit I am the same way through, I kind of went down to just one OC and merge the other OCs into her. So I tend to practice my skills on her.

And here's my attempt at getting the police some help.. I just threw the profile together since I just thought this character up.

Well, technically the Hunters and Police are on the same side. There's a little tension between the two groups.

This black ops unit was established to fight the gangs of Tokyo with whatever means necessary. This group is known to employ tactics that would put the skulls own underhanded tactics to shame. They even go as low as to planting spies within the gangs, kidnapping, and even bombing buildings that may or may not have skull ties. A border lined terrorist group with a badge.


They are the evil organization of this RP~ Plus Roland claimed they fired at him first so he "neutralized" the threat. There are no hurt Police officers in the area because the Police precinct has been taken over by the police. They did this to stop the police from investigating an explosion that just recently happened that kill thousands of innocent people. The hunters also wired the Fire skulls base doors with C4 and when someone opened it it exploded and killed any fire skull that was using that door at the time~ Now Roland is stalling Makoto so that Maki and the other skulls can get away, thus why he isn't really fighting Makoto and is just playing with her like a cat would a mouse and as long as Makoto is in 'danger' the hunters that are coming to hunt down the fleeing skulls will stop and help her first.

I've been thinking the Police and Hunters were somewhat...aligned this whole time. oAo;

On paper they are. But they are evil~
