You need out asap and He has no right to even step foot back in your house period after what he has done. anyone else would have Kicked this guy out, 86ed him, or even filled a restraining order for protection of self.
Your mother should in no way be allowing him back into the house, period. He has no right to be there.
IF he does come back start documenting the stuff he does, send a text to someone or a journal on your phone saying he did this at this time in this place and he did this and that and said this to me so on so forth so you can MAKE a case against him.
