I'm not that big of a fan of the stereotypical views of 'evil' looks for avatars and such... I don't know, more often than not, the judgement seems to be based on colors more than anything else, which is a very poor way of viewing things.

Evil and good are sterotypes, Galla. Offically everyone is 'grey' as a murderer can show compassion and a child can derive pleasure from torture. Though I do agree with black, grey, and dark reds getting alot of bad reputation.

It's true. Things are far more complicated than all of that. What constitutes good and evil is something that could be debated for eternity, but as far as the looks associated with each, those colors just really, really, really never struck me as 'evil', alone or in combination. For that matter, more bat or demon type wings and accessories never struck me as such, either... I don't know. It's something that requires a whole feel to it, not just the right colors, and even then it's still up for debate.
My favorite 'villains' are the ones that have real reasons for what they're doing. The ones that can actually talk you over to their side, if your will isn't strong enough. OH GOD WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH ME! -grabby hands for Aur- |

Bat wings and such get bad rep. because of the typical way of demon portration. My favorite villians are the batshit insane ones who don't have hearts, like Moriarty and Joker. |
