o-o someone is trying to get my neighbor in trouble

someone was parked in her spot, and they said they were here visiting her hubby.. her hubby doesnt live here... he only visits on the weekend.. and no one knows he comes out here anyway.. well who ever was parked in their spot got snotty with someone who lives here and now the neighbor is in trouble.

This reminds me of what happened last week O-O people were parked in my spot and someone elses spot.. they were visiting someone from down stairs. Mom talked to them telling them to move to the side of the building. they said they would but didn't so I yelled out that i was calling the cops.

We have street parking here ~ there are garages as well, but I think for the most part it's every person for them self.

Yellow Pages! Plus towing companies love when you call. They get their monies either way.
Is the landlady also the owner?
